Tbh there are very few points but in order for them to go next level i would say check the room ac's prior of checking in to make sure they function well! And eventhough we were at the end of the season the sund bed loungers should cleaned more !

Nuevo Deluxe is a hidden gem, wish I knew existed earlier! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, they allowed us to park right next to the reception doors to allow an easy load-off while helping with carrying suitcases up to the 2nd floor right to our room! And everything else from that moment on unfolded to create a trip that we will remember as one of the greatest of all time! It's hard to mention all the positive points this place has to offer, but I will have a try: 1. As mentioned, from the moment you walked in, the meet and greet from staff was great and made you feel right at home. 2. The hotel and its amenities are at another level; the rooms are spotlessly clean, the swimming pools have very good quality water for both kids and adults, and the waterslides are a wonderful addition to keep the kids entertained. 3. The breakfast was very fulfilling with an abundance of local produce of all fresh fruits & veg, including breads, eggs that were so tasty, juices & coffees, and the list goes on... 4. The restaurant food was great too; apart from eating a couple of times outside in the city, we had the rest of our dinners there, and they were very delicious, from seafood pastas or risottos to definitely pizzas that were at another level – the best ones we ever tasted, proper Neapolitan style. They are a must-try! 5. The bar by the pool was very kind and made you feel very welcome and had a great choice of drinks and beverages and was a great spot to watch some football games at late evenings. I just want to say a huge thanks to all the staff and shout out some of these names, like Kelvisa, Emanuel, and Klajdi and all the others, because without you guys this establishment wouldn't be the same! The airconditioning in the suite was not powerfull enough to cool the room properly. The loungebed pillows at the pool were dirty. You can not have charges (e.g. drinks at the pool) written on your room, have to pay everytime you get someting. Charges under 15eu cannot be paid with card, only cash.

Quiet location, just a 5 minute drive to Shengjin. Most of the staff was very friendly. The rooms are beautiful, very nice shower. The beds very comfortable, a babybed was provided free of charge. The waterslides are open every half hour, well supervised. Underneath the waterslides there is a large playarea for little children, shaded and with a gate. Our toddler loved playing on the various slides, little plastic house and rocking animals! The food in the restaurant was good, had pasta, pizza and the bruschetta was amazing! The breakfast has enough variety: bread, croissants, pancakes, cheese and ham, jam, boiled eggs, sunny side up fried eggs, omelet, fluffy pancakes, a few flaky savory pastries, sausages, juice, milk, water, cornflakes, fruit and coffee (only simple black) from a machine. They have 3 babychairs in the restaurant as well. There are massagechairs in the lobby, free for everyone to use. Enough parking.

We did have a room with pool view booked but it overlooked garden.

The pool and waterslide kept the kids entertained all day. Plus added bonus of mini football pitch and games room with fusbal. Great that can use facilities even before checkin and after checkout.

To many dogs outside barking without reason in middle of night . Mosquitoes 🦟 in area in room and out to many must be avoided . Staff must communicate mucher with visitors experienced staff also must include . The area to close to city of lezha exploring a city center than back to resort also the amare of shengjin is not so far for nightlife is much closer for couple and kids environment is fine

Only this- the AC was not strong enough. Considering the fact that once you leave the room, electricity goes off ( and so does the AC as well) once you take your card out, it was pretty warm inside the room and you can't cool it enough. It would help if we could open the terrace door fully but we could not risk because of the mosquitos.

We liked the friendly approach of the staff, the pool, the restaurant, the buffet and good connection of all the facilities.

Everything was excellent, nothing we didn’t like.

Receptonists were very helpful, staff were friendly and kind. Always helped with whatever needed, waiters/waitress was super quick and delivered every request with a smile. Outstanding service, will definetly be telling all family and friends to come back to Nuevo Deluxe. Thank you all! 10/10.

The hotel had a few bits which were a bit below par for this price range. Our TVs weren't connected to anything so they were effectively just furniture. The showers didn't drain properly which meant that eventually they overflowed into the bathroom and needed clearing with some towels. The beds need some bedlights nearby as it is an all or nothing room light. We didn't complain because we're English but it was a little disappointing. The hotel was very close to being a 10 but for these few points.

The hotel is really good and the pool area, hotel amenities such as bar, restaurant, pizzeria and breakfast were good and well priced. The rooms were large and comfortable with some good balconies, although these were quite close together. The pool area is nice and hotel guests use the loungers near the hotel and day guests use those near the fence. This was a good setup for the days we were there and the staff were all helpful.

The hotel is fairly isolated, taxi's are available if you wish to venture out, but because we had children, we chose to eat in the restaurant multiple times for dinner - the menu looks very nice, but throughout our stay, some of the dishes were not available for the whole week - If you aren't providing the full menu, maybe think about taking those items off the menu

The staff throughout the resort are truly fantastic, all of them so friendly, I went to reception numerous times to gather information or to request this or that, and each time the girls were so so helpful. The guys waiting on and behind the bar were always so attentive, the staff in the restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals were always on hand when we needed them.

The air conditioning in the room was probably too small for the room so it didn’t cool down until a few hours after getting back to the room. The location is quite secluded so it is difficult to get to a supermarket without a car. The location is also a plus because it feels private and the atmosphere is calm in the pool area

All the staff were very nice & helpful. The suite was lovely, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean throughout. The swimming pools were exceptionally clean and maintained all day by the staff. The restaurant was great & the food was to a high standard. The breakfast had a really good variety.
