Hard to find. Got shouted at by restaurant staff for parking out the front of the hotel to be told its restaurant parking only. Was given little to no instruction as to where we could actually park. Which ended up being a hidden entrance in the evening on a main busy road with a bit of a steep decline. Unsure if the restaurant and hotel are connected but every restaurant staff we encountered were rude and in the morning there were no staff to be seen, no menu given. 2 options for breakfast and only espresso available as a drink.

The hotel was quite new and modern, but the toilet lacked 1) hooks for hanging clothes / towels, 2) toilet roll holder. The small patio was pleasant but filled with bloodthirsty mosquitoes.

Our room was on the 1st floor and we couldn’t open the window because it was straight on the road. There were some mosquitoes inside. The breakfast wasnt very great , but overall for the price it was okay.

Breakfast very poor in choice, you either have a Croissant or Omelet which didn’t taste good enough. No quality juice I could feel the added sugars. Staff is kind but not professional. Pillows +30cm thick not comfy for your neck and the staff couldn’t offer a normal pillow. No safe box! Not worth enough for what they charged.

The interior was newly renovated and it felt great. Flexible location if you have a car.

The toilet paper was missing in the premises completely. No safe box. No hairdryer The restaurant kitchen too woke and missing that traditional touch, very pour dishes in tastes and quality and quantities. We were tired from the travel and didn't want to look around, but some other tourists did seat and then left as they saw the menu. Breakfast very poor, no choices, it is just shown a picture of the phone of the waitres, is just like take it or leave it. Payments by card a bit complicated you need to walk around from one building to another, because the POS is only at the restaurant not at the hotel reception.

One suggestion for improvement: adding a hanger on the balcony for drying clothes would be really helpful.

I had a great one-night stay at the hotel. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was decent, though it was not a buffet, just a fixed menu.

Would not recommend it due to limited breakfast choices (only two options to choose from), issues with the shower, no cleaning and not the best location.

It’s not shown the entrance of the hotel that is behind the supermarket deposit. The breakfast was not as we expected, they didn’t tell us what we could take and they gave us only an omelette.

There was a disastrous lack of staff—after checking in, there was no one at reception, and we had to ask around for help but couldn’t find anybody. Breakfast was very poor; when we asked for milk or a drink, they only served some poorly cooked eggs. On top of that, when we wanted to pay by card, they told us the machine wasn’t working, so we had to go to an ATM first. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go here if you have a car the parking situation is utterly insane with their dungeon garage… the parking attendants let other cars park and take up parking spots that are for the hotel.

Staff was not communicative, many times unreachable despite 24/7 reception promised in the description. The reception was empty many times during the day with a post it note to call a number however no answer. Staff members did not inform that you needed to request for cleaning which left the room uncleaned. The facilities were lacking certain amenidies on site. No hygiene articles in the bathrooms. When asking for new towels it took until the next day to recieve it. Breakfast options were limited only one option with omelette. Parking was also limited. The hotel did not live up to four star standards.
