Hello, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Rustemi Apartments. The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, and everything you need is at your fingertips. I've stayed there countless times. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed, including five-star hotels, in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The owners, Ada and Astrit, are very kind, helpful, and humble. They handle everything related to the house themselves. My son accidentally dropped a coffee table, and it was damaged. They said it could be repaired, so don't worry. I wanted to pay the fee, but they refused. In short, I'd say go and stay without hesitation. Best regards,

Nothing - we loved our time at Rustemi Apartments

If you're planning a trip to Sarandë, look no further than Rustemi Apartments—this place truly exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of five and booked four apartments (101, 102, 103, and 201) in July 2025 and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Ada, our host, was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, gracious, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Her hospitality really made the difference, turning what was already a beautiful stay into something unforgettable. One evening around 10 PM, we noticed that the air conditioning in one of the apartments wasn’t working properly. Despite the late hour, Ada responded immediately. Within 30 minutes, her husband and father-in-law arrived and fixed the issue on the spot. They worked diligently, replacing several components and filters (even though it was a brand-new unit), and were incredibly apologetic for the inconvenience. That level of dedication and responsiveness is rare, and we were so grateful. Another moment that speaks volumes about Ada’s kindness—I accidentally left behind a couple of clothing items, which I only realized once I was already at the airport. I reached out to Ada, and without hesitation she was happy to post them back to me in London. I was honestly blown away by her generosity and willingness to help, even after our stay had ended. Who does that these days? Truly amazing. As this trip was a celebration for a birthday, we asked Ada if we could invite a few friends over for a small gathering. She was more than accommodating and kindly allowed us to use the beautiful roof terrace for the evening. In total, there were 14 of us, and it was the perfect setting—spacious, private, and offering stunning views over Sarandë. It made the celebration all the more special, and we were so grateful for her generosity and flexibility. Not every host would be so understanding, and Ada went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience.

There's nothing bad I can think of.

My stay at Rustemi was more than perfect. Ada and her father in law were super helpful and made my trip stress free and easy. Ada recommended a lot of places for me to visit in. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and welcome. Rooms were very clean and the apartment was cleaned throughout my stay, even the towels were changed everytime I came back. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. The area was quiet, safe and calm. A very strong recommendation for everyone!

Our host Ada was such a lovely person! From the moment we arrived, she always made sure we were okay by texting us regularly and recommending amazing places to visit and eat. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable—Ada clearly takes great pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was how helpful her family was. Her father-in-law would kindly drive us to the city centre and pick us up whenever we needed, which made everything so much easier. The property itself is fantastic. There’s even a beautiful rooftop on the third floor where you can relax and take in the views. Honestly, I feel like the pictures don’t do the place justice—it’s even better in person. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we truly appreciated Ada’s kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous property, really tidy, cleaned and new towels every day. Around a 20 minute walk from the centre / public beach, it’s very hilly, but we knew this and therefore it is no issue. The lady who runs here, is wonderful, like genuinely amazing host, spoke to us whenever she saw us, sent us loads of local restaurants, bars, activities, just a genuinely wonderful host. The apartments also have a share terrace on the roof, which is lovely to watch the sun set.

Nothing to dislike

It would be hard to find more helpful, friendly & hospitable owners. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable including a bottle of wine for my birthday. We were picked up at the port & offered a ride anytime we wanted to go to or from the centre (not that far but uphill the entire way). The apartment was perfect. It was clean & towels & linen were changed frequently. Their communication through WhatsApp was fantastic. Thank you very much Ada, Armando, Amelia, Grandpa & Grandma for looking after us. Apartment had everything you could ever need for a short stay. Views from the roof terrace were incredible too. Ada was extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area so had plenty of great recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Clean, new, comfortable and spacious apartments with a beautiful sea view The centre of the city was very crowded and noisy so Rustemi was the perfect place to relax and get the rest in the night Ada and Armando were so helpful and nice to us, they made us feel like at home!

The only small complaint would be the location. A car is a definitely a must, but i guess that that would be the case all around Sarandë.

It was the best appartement we have ever stayed at, truly. There was so much space and everything was extremely clean and modern. Coming home after a day at the beach felt amazing, since the apartment was cleaned every day!

The hosts were very kind and offered us a ride to the city whenever we needed it. The rooftop terrace is also a relaxing gem. And the house is so well isolated, that you dont hear all the beach music from outside when you close the window. Very relaxing for a visit to Sarandë!

Was right at the top of the town up some steep rough paths.not a problem really as we had a hire car but difficult to park nearer to beach and quite a distance from the beaches.

When booking keep in mind that it is quite far up. However, you have an amazing view!
