Room a little bit small, very little room to unfold a suitcase. Room not that well soundproofed, although that is common in renovated old albanian homes and certainly better than building new from the ground on.

Good near city center location, very friendly, fast responsive and caring owner. Room newly renovated and modern, bathroom as well.

We stayed as a family of 4 in this property in two suites. The space worked very well for us and Kledina who was our contact during the stay could not have been more helpful.She was lovely, helpful and very polite!🥰 Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,( all furnitures were new ) 3 minutes far away by walk from city center. It was a very warm experience staying at this property.Would definitely return to stay here when in Permet. I would definitley recommend it👌

everything was really on point, location, cleanliness and amenities but above all the amazing young lady that worked there was so very kind. She helped us with a parking spot, offered to put our clothes to wash/dry since she was already washing some stuff as well as made great suggestions in the city. All this, with a very kind and friendly manner.

The house was modern, simple, and beautiful – exactly what I needed. It had Netflix, free YouTube, and even a balcony with a relaxing, beautiful view. There was also access to a gym which was a great bonus. The host was super kind and always ready to help with anything. The location is close to the city center, the price was very good, and overall it was an amazing stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll for sure come back when I visit Përmet again!

Don’t judge a books by its cover. The Building Looks old and rundown from the outside. Enter round the back and as soon as you enter the apartment area it’s like a whole new building. Very nice comfortable modern renovated apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Host very friendly and good communication.. We had street facing balcony with table and chair. Very nice to sit in the afternoon as the sun is setting or early morning having a tea.

External appearance and entry into this character, old building was initially concerning but it looks as though work is in progress to improve this and the good quality of the room itself was more important.

The room and bathroom are renovated and fitted out to a high standard. Nice to sit out on balcony on sunny evening. Very quiet. City centre location, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Hosts easy to communicate with.

Beautifully decorated room, in an old quaint building, the room was spotless & modern, with a cute balcony that had a table & chairs & a huge comfortable bed. Well equipped, had a fridge & a kettle, hairdryer, a few toiletry items, Tv with Netflix, not that we watched it, as we were out & about. In a great position, very short walk to the village, where there were plenty of restaurants & bars. The host was lovely, met us outside & was very communicative, perfect English, but my mobile service was awful, so I was unable to see the messages ( sorry 😬 ) would highly recommend a stay here

The room was very nice decorated ,with tea kettle,amenities,smart TV,Free Netflix,balcony and the most comfortable bed plus size. 1 minute from City Centre and all best restaurants. Also the host were very very friendly and polite! Do not see from outside because inside is totally different.I will definitely come back again when I will visit Permet.

Everything was perfect. The location is amazing( city centre). Room had an amazing mountain view, very relaxing and satisfying for the eyes. Cleanliness 10/10, one of the cleanest place i have stayed. It's all brand new in this rooms and the bed was soo comfortable. Staff was so helpful and they have gym included(amazing gym as well). Didn't expect to find this type of luxury and comfort in this small town. Definitely would recommend and come back here.
