Kind host, close to the beach and very clean

As some other guests already wrote, it is very loud due to the proximity to the road and beach bars, especially during the weekend. Also, the breakfast is not as great as indicated (no variation if you stay multiple nights). Compared to other hotels in Albania, this one was rather expensive considering location and service.

Really great stay. Location was amazing, metres the beach. Hosts were very welcoming and did everything they could to ensure we had a good stay. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend

The property is located in the heart of the city, with a public beach just a few steps away and plenty of nice restaurants around. The room was comfortable, super clean and well presented. Breakfast was incredible! The best I had in Albania. In general we were very happy with our stay!

There’s nothing that we particularly did not like, however the reasons why we gave a 9 instead of 10 are listed below: 1. Unfortunately our room had more view of the street than of the sea (which was a really big thing for us when we booked this specific property). The pictures in the ad are not recent and they were taken probably from a room with full view. 2. The parking is not private, but rather in the street (notwithstanding, we had no issues parking as the owner ensures that there will be a spot) 3. There’s no elevator/it is not working 4. The noise from the main street can be very loud at night and early in the morning the trash collector truck stops in front of the hotel at 7:30am.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had a balcony with sea views. The host was absolutely lovely and helped us get a parking spot. They also served delicious breakfast every morning and the rooms were cleaned everyday. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. The only improvement would be to provide two pillows per person. Other than that, it was an absolute delight to stay there.

Perfect vacation, the property is one of the best in Himare. Very friendly and helpful i strongly recommend it.

The place is absolutely perfect! Couldn’t have a better location with gorgeous views from the balcony. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! We got a huge spread every morning with coffees, orange juice, omelettes, bread, fruit & a sweet treat! So delicious.

Terrible loud music from the night club from the opposite side of the street until late at night. Despite closed si downs we heard the music very loud and had problems falling asleep.

Pros : clean , modern , spacious room, very close to the beach (less than 5 mins walk) so fantastic location , nice breakfast

Cons : because it’s so close to the beach , you’re very close to the restaurants blasting music until 3am making it difficult to sleep , no working elevator

The breakfast was fantastic. So much delicious food, and the view is amazing.

You're close to the main tourist areas, so there is some noise in the evenings. We found it manageable and worth it!

The property was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop every morning, an parking was available out front. The man who runs the property was helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is right by the main beach in Himare, which is an upside during the day, but at night it is quite loud until midnight. This may not be a problem for some people, as most people seemed to stay out late in the area, but we were going to bed around ten and needed earplugs for the noise.

Super friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful, spacious room with sea view next to Himare boulevard and the beach. Delicous homemade breakfast on the rooftop terrace .

We loved the fresh breakfast every morning with views of Himare. Our room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot summer days. It was in walking distance to the main strip of restaurants and beaches.

It was opposite a bar that played music pretty late. Luckily we had earbuds to help with sleeping. Walls were also pretty thin between rooms and the main stairwell.

Its location & breakfast. Wash rooms are very tiny with no ventilation.

Contacting becomes hard as there are no phones in the room. Elevator is still under construction and not working. No English speaking resource. Gets very challenging.

The owner was lovely. So kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and breakfast was yummy.

Although location was great. We stayed on a Saturday night and the music from next door restaurant/bar was so loud until 3am. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone staying with young kids :)
