The property absolutely exceeded my expectations. The flat is stylish, spotlessly clean, and perfectly organized, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The exclusive SPA complex is a real highlight – access for just €10 per person for 4 hours feels like pure luxury. Honestly, the only “problem” was that we wished we could have stayed much longer!

Cleverly designed apartments, nicely furnitured. Very big kitchen area with all that is needed. Supermarket around the corner and of course the attached spa - we tried massage and facial treatment and were satisfied. Walk to the city ca. 20 min.

I definitely recommend Spa & Pool – Studio Apartments 365! This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay combined with relaxation. The room we stayed in was modern, split-level, with a very large and comfortable bed – it offered complete comfort. A big plus is the access to the spa, which we gladly used – a wonderful way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The host welcomed us personally and provided all the necessary information – very friendly and professional. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rest in great conditions and enjoy a fantastic spa experience!

I wasn't aware the bed was up a steep ladder. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues.

The host was welcoming and amenable to meeting us when we arrived a little early, in addition booking a taxi for us to take us to the airport. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the bathroom good.

We learnt to read the offer very literally, because we were very sure that pool and spa was included. We should have known, as it was one of the reasons we booked there. Also, from 7-8 am the noise of cleaning other rooms woke us up, it was unnecessarily loud.

It was very clean, the cleanest we experienced in Albania:) nice rooms, design. Nice host Mario who waited for us longer at night, thanks and greetings!

Very clean and lovely spa directly below the property. Walking distance to a bazaar a big shopping centre ( my son loved the play area in hamleys there)and many local bars and restaurants etc. The stairs for upstairs bedroom space wouldn't be suitable for very young children or disabled/ elderly you should be aware as a modern open loft type space. But this wasn't a problem for us

Everything is perfect. They can leave some kitchen towel and salt, oil for guets to use. I bought everythinh from store nearby Alba market, and left things there couldnt consume it. May be useful for next person. 😊

Convinient kitchen, comfy bed and TV with Netflix and youtube for kids its super convinient. Spa and swimming is amazing just under the flats. €10 Euro for adult, €5 for kids. I love the area you can walk to the centre or can get bus (15A and 15B) to the centre for 40leke like 40 cents. Great stay recommended to the guests.

We didn't have any problem with that, but the stairs to access the bed on the second floor are a bit steep. The water goes a bit out of the shower.

Facilities are clean are modern. If you pay 10eur you can access the SPA with pool, sauna and more. They have a good parking place that is covered and big. The room is big and comfortable. We liked that it had a kitchen with a little fridge.

The address we received on the the booking confirmation is wrong and does not take us to the destination. This should be fixed, as it leads to a waste of time. We luckily had a car, but it was already very late in the evening. Without a car, it would have been a disaster. For some reason, we are only allowed to pay in cash, which results in hassle for travelers who only stay one night. We arrived very late, around 23:00, and the hotel manager came to collect the money at 1AM , when we were already in bed. I honestly don't understand cash-only policies for a hotel in 2025, and definitely do not understand how it is acceptable to take your guests out of bed... Other than that, I really liked the place.

The place was spacious and very clean. The ceiling was high and gave a very good impression of the place. The beds were comfortable, but the stairs leading to the upper floor were quite steep, so I don't recommend them for people with mobility issues. The location was very good

Everything was perfect, only thing was that it took us time to find out the entrance door as it was kind of hidden and there was no sign to locate. Also, Hair dryer was not working, even after informing, it didn't get sorted. Else, everything was good!

The apartment we stayed in (duplex room) had very steep stairs, which was not a problem for us but may be dangerous for kids/elderly. Also, the soundproofing was not amazing, we could hear the neighbours when they talked loudly. There was no couch in our room, so we could only watch TV from the small dining area with bar stools.

Finding the apartment and checking in was very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. Towels and small bottles of shampoo and soap were provided. Although a 30-minute walk to the city centre, the location is nice (supermarkets and a bakery are nearby) and is also walking distance to the Dajti Ekspres cable car. The entrance fee for the swimming pool and spa was 10 euros per 4 hours. There were many spa facilities, so it was a fair price. The host was available via text for all our questions and gave some recommendations, which was very nice and helpful!
