We have a realy good time in Villa Ari. Appartma was big and clean. We even got a welcome drink and sweets. The apartment was equipped with shower shampoo and washing machine powder.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped with comfortable beds, and the host was very helpful. He assisted in getting us transport to the castle (was very hot), and we were then able to wander back down and enjoy the town at our leisure. Had planned on staying two nights, but unfortunately had to change to one night, which wasn't a problem.

Villa Ari is of a high standard, modern well-equipped accommodation. There is a place to park the car. The city is very close, we visited everything on foot. Nearby there are local shops and restaurants, the food is delicious. The owner of the villa is very nice and very helpful, he gave us a lot of tips so that we felt at home and explored the city. I recommend it to everyone with all my heart

The property was amazing, nice and modern furniture. On the ground floor there is a private garage with door. First floor the apartment and above there is a terrace with BBQ option and dinner table. The owner "Ari" was wery nice and helpful because he gave us few suggestions for local restaurants and around attractions. It's nice to find a good place especially if you travel with kids!

The villa was sparkling clean and very spacious. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In the photos it looks like an apartment, but it really is a villa with a separate entrance, there is no one else in the building. It has a huge terrace on the roof with the view of the mountain and surrounding fields. You can even make a barbecue there! It has a secure parking place with a garage-like sliding door. The villa is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Berat city center (and in the city center you can park in the underground parking, so going around by car is very easy). The host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some exceptional recommendations on local restaurants (all were spot on!) and places of interest. Berat city is a gem! It looks magical, especially at night with its tiny cobblestone UNESCO-protected streets, a river flowing through the center of the city, and beautiful illumination everywhere. We had a great time!

The host was very friendly and welcoming. We found everything we needed in the apartment. It wasn't too far to the city centre like 15 min walk. We could leave the car inside the apartment which made a lot easier for us. We enjoyed entire stay. Thank you!

Nothing. We liked everything

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Ari. It had everything we needed. The host was very kind. He suggested us what to do in Berat and where to eat. It was very helpful because we managed to see a lot of Berat and try the best of local cuisine in the nearby restaurants. What we liked the most was the view from the terrace and also a very safe parking spot inside the villa. Also just a 10 minutes walk from the historical quartiers and the city centre. We loved everything about it.

The hosts were very welcoming as well as the house The house being located at the heart of Berat gave us the amazing view of the whole place. The accessibility to all the main attractions from the house is another one of its highlights . The house was so beautiful, well maintained and pristine. We loved this villa. The villa was very well equiped and everything we needed was provided. There was even a barbeque and seating on the roof. The bedrooms were very comfortable with air conditioners in both rooms. There is also a safe parking space for your car inside. The views from the roof were amazing – a perfect place to enjoy the sunset and cool down in the summer heat. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided us with ideas of what to do in this beautiful town and also how the reach locations and parking areas. Check in was quick and the host was there to welcome us. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The owner delivered delicious, fresh, warm bread and pastries in the morning. The villa’s location was very good. It was easy to find and close to all the sightseeing spots.

Living in this villa has been an absolute delight! Here you can find everything what you need for comfortable staying, such as grill on roof , incredible views from each of rooms very nice kitchen and place for your car inside. Villa’s owner is incredibly responsive and super kind. Plus, the location is convenient with easy access to shopping, dining. The entire villa was clean and spacious, they left us candy bars and fruits which was a nice touch. The host also gave us wonderful recommendations for Berat and the villa is walking distance from the old town and many other restaurants. We really love our stay and would 100% stay there again.
