My family and I spent a wonderful day in this beautiful, quiet and cozy place with incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Lovely apartment, close to Berat with nice views. Great breakfast made with fresh products of the owner’s farm. Absolutely recommended to have dinner at the fish restaurant nearby.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They checked in regularly—never intrusively—just to make sure we had everything we needed, and it truly made a difference. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight: delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and full of local flavor. By the end of our stay, it felt like we weren’t just guests—we were saying goodbye to new friends.

The host, Arti was very friendly. Greeted us with some homemade rakia and even drove us around the city.

First, the friendly welcome of the owner and his wife... you feel at home and they bring you a great breakfast in the morning. And he speaks Italian and English perfectly which is not usual... The view from the terrace is the best you can have... (we have been in 3 different apartments in Berat in 2 years) Beds, climatisation, kitchen equipment, and dining room were perfect... A plus for the tasty red wine produced by the owner It is only 8 min drive to city center, but you are in the countryside without city noise... We will come back and advise friends to go there

They should add a micro wave and a coffee machine for those who prefer non Albanian coffee, but the rest of the equipment was wonderful, including Wi-Fi

We had an amazing stay at Villa Rexho. The villa is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location is perfect for exploring Berat and the surrounding area. The hosts, Arti and his family, are incredibly hospitable — we felt like part of their family. We can't wait to visit again!

Our family stayed for 2 days in Vila Rexho. It was absolutely wonderful! A beautiful, nice house in a village just outside Berat, with a beautiful view of the surroundings and Berat (you can see the walls of the castle in the distance). And besides that, also a lovely and helpful host and hostess with real warm Albanian hospitality! We had a fantastic breakfast with tasty, fresh products from their own farm and we had a delicious meal in the evening in the family's fish restaurant in the village! We can only recommend Vila Rexho!

Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink, the view never failed to captivate us. The quietude of the surroundings was a welcome escape from the noise of everyday life, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature. Conveniently located, Villa Rexho offers the best of both worlds: just a 5-minute drive to reach the historic city of Berat, or for those who prefer a leisurely stroll, a picturesque 15-minute walk. Whether by car or on foot, exploring the charms of Berat is effortless from this idyllic retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend this slightly unconventional experience compared to the typical hotel room you can find everywhere, while still maintaining the same high standards !

We (3 people) stayed at Villa Rexho (close to Berat) and enjoyed it very much. The hosts are Arti and his wife, very friendly, helpful and talkative. They do everything for a pleasant holiday. We appreciate their goodness a lot. The appartment is very spacious and very quite located, has 2 sleeping rooms ... in all suitable for 6 people. We adored the breakfast with local products, the most of them from his farm. It offers a wonderful view to the his You need a car to reach the accomodation but it's actually very close to Berat. Should we visit Albania and Berat again, then we will choose this place again, we really liked it a lot. We can recommend the accomodation for all those people who like to stay in the quite countryside.

Beautiful and spacious house overlooking the city of Berat. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant holidays. Well-equipped kitchen, hair-dryer, iron, AC, comfortable beds and other facilities. The wonderful, warm owners welcomed us with tasty products of their own production. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, all bio products. I would definitely recommend to stay there 😊

Perfect welcome !

The hosts are super welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing and mostly sourced from the hosts garden/farm, and the whole place looks fresh and is very comfy. A definite highlight from our trip of the region!

We spent our vacation here with 9 nights enjoying the fresh air, healthy food, kindness of the owners, beautiful view, and hot nights where we sat on the terrace. This place allows you to relax and at the same time you can visit Berat, the castle that towers over it, vineyards, or go to the mountains and climb the holy mountain Tomorr. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience exceptional Albanian hospitality and generosity. Definitely you should visit Taverna Panorama, which is nearby. Nice walk and great traditional food.

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. The old town of Berat is within walking distance, but I would recommend a car. The breakfast in the morning was delicious all made with fresh products, special thanks to Art and Silda.

Amazing Hospitality. Amazing view. Very comfortable and original home. To be allowed to take fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden is so generous. The breakfast was rich, with fruits and vegetables from the hosts garden, selfmade cheese, cake, fresh milk and local specialties. . No Hotel could ever offer this pure and real experience. The Hosts are really engaged in making it a unique and comfortable stay. Highly Recommended!

One of the best stays ever! Villa Roxho is one of the most comfortable houses we have ever stayed in. I stayed there with my husband, my 3-year old kid and my father. The house is just beautiful! It's large, newly renovated and fully equipped, including a large living room, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to this beautiful house there is a large garden with grapes, fruit trees and vegetables. It's really enjoyable for anyone of any age. I should mention the great breakfast! We had an amazing breakfast every morning with local cheeses, fresh vegetables and homemade pastries (that was the best part) :) Aside from all the great things, the best part of Vila Roxho is the hosts; Art y Silda. They're always smiling and helpful. They made us feel at home! If there is a competition for the best hosts, they can easily win ;) I would definitely recommend this great place to anyone.
