Location is excellent, stunning view. Next to center of Himara, next to The beaches of Livadhi and Dhërmi. Staff hospitality is incredible, everybody is super attentive and kind. Great tips of What to visit. Breakfast is a wow surprise everyday. It was perfect for our family. Thank you to everyone.

We stayed at this wonderful place for 4 nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a family-run business, everything was amazing. Hommemade dishes served at breakfast were simply great, the rooms were spotless. Thanos, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming. He helped with everything that we needed. The location of the hotel is also perfect, giving easy access to many beaches. I would definitely love to come back.

Everything was perfect, starting from the location, facilities, cleaning. . Away from the noisy beach. Fresh air in middle of olives. Sometimes you don't need the air conditioner, because at the location it is a perfect temperature.

Lovely family run hotel with the best views I have ever had from a shower!!!! Breakfast was amazing and there were freshly cooked options as well as a fabulous buffet. Location was great as we had a car.

Everything spot on, no issues at all.

We had a brilliant stay at Wait n’ Sea Hotel. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was a highlight — full of variety and clearly made with love. We’ve never had anything like it elsewhere. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time. Best decision ever !!

If you have a lot of luggage, there’s no lift, but the staff helped us with our suitcases. The room was quite small, but the bed was super comfortable, so it made up for it.

Beautifully located family run boutique hotel. Long winding road to get there but the view was spectacular. Across the road is one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. With a sunset view to die for! The breakfast here was really lovely & nothing we asked for was an issue. I wished we could stay longer.

Loved it all

This place is stunning, over looking the bay. The room was clean everything looked new. The hotel is easy to find and is about 5 mins from the main town in a car. Walking to the closest beach is around 20 mins and only 5 mins in a car. Breakfast is huge and not your typical ham and cheeses 🤣 Thanos and his family were amazing and gave us great recommendations for food and what beaches to visit. I would stay here again. Thank you Thanos, what a great host.

We got bit by mosquitos during the night so perhaps a net would be beneficial. The WiFi was ok, but too weak to stream videos.

The location is very nice, Himarë is a beautiful village with nice beaches yet without the crowds. The hotel itself is located on the edge of a hill, providing beautiful views from the rooms. Nice balcony, spacious room. The breakfast had several preset options to choose from, good quality and delicious. The staff was very welcoming and polite.

A small closet or dresser would have been nice.

The staff (a family) made us feel really welcome and fulfilled every wish we’ve asked for. They cleaned the room every day and it was really clean and new in general. The view is amazing from balcony, shower and breakfast terrace. For breakfast in pre season they serve fresh egg dishes, pancakes or something similar and some snacks. Next to it, there is a really nice restaurant (fig and olive), but for the city of Himarë you should rent a car. The closest beach is 25 minutes by feet. Thanks for the nice stay!
