Honestly only weather makes me uncomfortable(

Look guys I’m really excited about this place. They have all what you need. New and clean rooms, absolutely friendly and helpful owner, Mr Armen thanks a lot for our accommodation. Moreover they have the best national cuisine, local herbal tea amazing I can also recommend kebab there are few options and I guess the beer must be also good!

Just a little information about when the cafe and brewery are open would be useful.

The host was very welcoming, and the accommodation was very central, clean, warm, and spacious. And very good value.

At times WIFI service was unstable

Our stay was excellent. The manager was welcoming, the room was brand new and with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Easy parking in a central location

The hotel is in the center of the town. The shower is hot enough and there is a ventilator in the shower room so it gets dry soon. It was in September, but it was cold in the evening. When we asked the owner to turn the heater on, he accepted our request and we had a comfortable stay. If you ask, the hotel washes and dries your laundry for the cost of 1000AMD.

Mattress was a little tired

Good location in central Sevan. Really friendly people and so helpful. The breweries beer is excellent and can be brought through to you while you eat at the restaurant out front. Rooms are spacious and super well appointed and clean!

The single, really minor issue is that continental-style buffet breakfast was not on offer and the nearby café, albeit friendly, mostly serves typical Armenian food which is appetizing but not all travelers may find it suitable for breakfast. However, there are plenty of options nearby. All in all a great stay.

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, position, heating. Received a hearty welcome and the staff was helpful throughout. Excellently furnished, spacious room, delicious mountain water from tap, and nice window views on top. Definitely recommended.

Everything was new and comfortable! The owner uses Google translate very smoothly in case you don't speak Armenian or Russian. We had a nice meal at the restaurant owned by the same owner (Parus Lunch) and we enjoyed a nice pint of beer made by the same guy! It was a great experience and the place is totally recommended!

Clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff, very convenient location in town centre (and you can reach Sevanavank or the lake with a 10/15 minutes ride, obviously provided by YandexGo! 😉. The brewery is a good place to try armenian cognac the true way (with lemon slices, sugar and coffe powder: incredibly delicious!). And in the nearby, absolutely to try Boheme Tea House: don't trust the name, it's a restaurant!
