Vibe, connection with the kind owner family

The room is part of host family's cozy house with entrance on the balcony overlooking the house court. We had a great time here. The room itself has a fridge, kettle and some plates, cups and cutlery which is very handy. It's 5 minute walk from the centre square and even less from nearby stores. The family had 2 dogs who barked at first but were very sweet after meeting us.

The place is great. Near the city centre but there is no noise. The family is lovely, very friendly and supportive 🥰

The owner was so lovely and helpful. I was going to be arriving early and she messaged to let me know that the room was ready for when I arrived. The place is in a good location - a nice 10 minute walk from the main churches and sights. The room was comfortable and had a kettle and fridge, I was also offered to use their kitchen if I wanted and that there was a washing machine available (I didn't use either but the offer of the facilities was kind).

The mattress was maybe a little thin for my liking but it didn't impact my sleep at all!

It is very nice place for staying.

Everything was perfect. Nice welcoming, clean and cosy room, everything I needed and great support for my continuing journey. Definitely recommendable!!

The hosts are really friendly and made you feel super welcome! Ana speaks english and is ready to help you with everything. The room is clean, has a fan, a fridge and water heater. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the old market, central square, supermarkets ... Easy parking on the street.

Very cozy and comfortable stay, the owner and her family greeted us with coffee and ice cream and brought us fresh pastries for breakfast the next day. The room has everything that is needed for a short stay including a fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. Beds are comfy and everything was spotlessly clean.

They were amazing hosts and welcomed us with lots of food and coffee and juice. They also have 2 really cute dogs and you'll feel like home. It is just 10 minutes walk away from the city center and the neighborhood is really nice and peaceful.

Small washroom with little space to hang things while taking a shower. More curtains in the room will also help for privacy.

Anna is a great host, very friendly & answered all questions very quickly. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the centre & sights & restaurants. The room is great, with a fridge, kettle & cutlery. The balcony is wonderful for sitting out in the evening. This is a lovely family home & a perfect place to stay in Gyumri.

Such a nice place with a lovely family who welcomed us with some coffee and cake :) the room and the toilet are clean, the bed is big and the room is provided with a kettle and a fridge which is nice. Also they have two cute dogs in the house hehe. I can recommend staying here 🙌🏼

A central, very clean accommodation that offers everything you need despite its simple size. Very friendly hosts. No problem for us, but if you have trouble with hard beds, you probably won't be happy here.

Nice area close to bus station (10 min.walk), supermarket and town centre and market (5-7 minuit walk) definitely eat at Mrs Gyros, best kebab and other traditional food cooked over coals.

There was nothing to cook with as mentioned in facility's only a fridge and kettle.

Its nice that everything we need is there exclusively for our use - toilet, washing machine, stove, heater

The door knobs in the toilet and room needs repair. My wife could not open the toilet door many times that she had to knock loud so I would hear her inside. The exterior of house needs removation but the inside is ok for us.
