The only issue with the home is that it doesnt have an AC or Fan, if the weather is too hot, you might suffer a bit. It will be nice to equip each room with a cheap fan at least.

An excellent house, host, and facility. The facility has a large garden, where children can play freely away from the IPads and computers :) It has all the necessary infrastructure and lots of Beds. Gohar, our host lady is very helpful, and nice, she brought us a cake in the morning as a gift.

I am going there for several years already and some staff us falling apart already like door knobs. Also I don’t think sofas and other seating areas are properly cleaned (dry clean at least once a month). The sofa smells like it was bit cleaned for years.

Would be great to have pepper, sugar and some other little things in the kitchen. It’s easy to slip on outdoor stairs in the winter.

It’s my favorite place to stay in Dilijan. Very comfortable house with everything you need and more. Heating is perfect for winter and evening near fireplace are unforgettable

Wifi on the second floor was slow . But in the first floor was working excellent.

The location was little far from the downtown but from other side , had wanderfull view. We liked the house and the garden. We will definitely recommend this vacation house. The house was big and excellent for our family and relatives that we have invited . We all love Samovar and mangal.

It’s in a non touristic area on the top of the hill, meaning you need to go to any location by car. But if you target to have a full isolation and spend great time it works great! The kitchen is a separate building and in winter it’s not very convenient to go back and forth, but in warmer weather it wouldn’t bother at all. The outdoor sitting was worn out.

A great space to close off the world with a big group. It is good both for friends and family. Clean, has well equipped in-house and summer kitchens, good sound system, a great garden with a small pond, and leisure areas. Hosts were very nice and flexible. Price is great for the experience you get!

The only drawback for us was the cold. Once the wood run out it immediately got cold (the days we stayed were below 0°). The heaters worked very well, but it's still hard to make the place warm.

The house has everything you need to spend a weekend or a longer time. 4 separate comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate downstairs area with kitchen, big table and a fireplace. There is also a big backyard.

Kitchen and utencils could be cleaner, the staff could be more friendly, Gohar is excellent, but the other guy - technical support- was very rude. Matresses are not very comfortable.

The location is fine, a drugstore and a small grocery shop are nearby, the garden is awesome, roomes and design in old fashioned country style are very nice.

Mattresses were super hard and uncomfortable. There were no extra toilet paper. Initial kitchen items like suger, cooking oil,... were lacking.

We liked the garden, its design, grilling and pitfire set up.
