Bahía Blanca used to be a decent city, with everything decently put and fine prices, but the last decade or two had turned it into a sh1t hole when it comes to hotels, taxis, and services in general. Absurd prices for absolute average and low quality services. For something really good, be ready to pay New York prices in this small, insignificant city. The only good restaurant in the city is Gambrinus, there's good service for short stops at YPF Full gas stations, and it's definitely NOT a place for any kind of tourism. Mornings in a good cafe can be something nice (if you find a decent cafe open before 10hs., and not run/catered by young stup1d and careless people), but not much more than that.
