Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe rooms and communal areas could use some general maintenance such as replacing broken floor boards and a fresh coat of paint.
Room are spacious and clean, and beds are comfortable. The staff are attentive and kind, and were happy for us to leave our bags with them for a few days while we explored other parts of Argentina.

United StatesThe bidet is kinda smelly
Staff are really friendly and receptionist available even past midnight. we came back from a night out around 2am and lost our key card, tried calling the hotel while we are at the restaurant and no one is picking up. But thankfully there is someone to help us get inside when we arrived and issued a replacement card. They also allowed us to check in early(good thing there is already a room available). But if they are fully booked, they can definitely store your luggages.

United StatesThe hotel is very run-down. The beds were a u-shape (lower in the middle than on the ends). The floors were cracked in the hallway (6th floor) and creaky in the room. The tracks for the blackout curtains in our room on the 6th floor (#604) were broken so you couldn't close them. There was an open screw, the remainder of the door stop, in the bathroom that could really hurt you if you stepped on it when using the bidet. The barrier between the shower and bathroom floor in our room on the 8th floor was angled such that water ran off of the glass wall, into the top of it, and then into the bathroom floor, flooding it instead of keeping it in the shower. The towels were kind of old and a bit thin (not very fluffy).
Our superior double was spacious and quiet. Water pressure in the shower is good. We stayed two different times, before and after doing the W trek. Both times we had a superior double, one on the 6th floor and one on the 8th floor, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. The front desk staff were nice and the breakfast, upstairs on the 11th floor was good. Overall our stay was ok, just didn't seem worth the price as compared to others in BA. Personally, I prob wouldn't stay there again...we were there because that was the hotel G adventures chose for our w trek trip.

United StatesThe beds were very soft and saggy. Amazingly it didn't bother our backs but the way they looked had us worried (huge sage in the middle, feet end higher than the head). The shower design resulted in a lot of water flowing onto the bathroom floor (as others have noted).
Good, basic, no frills hotel. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure. The location worked for us...easy to walk to restaurants and main streets

United KingdomSadly the road outside has been dug up and left to cover the hole are 2 metal sheets which make a hell of a racket once a vehicle passes over it.
Very clean. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Close to Congress and 15 minutes walk from the obelisco. Metro station and eaters less than 5 minutes walk. Excellent shower with toiletries including shower gel provided.

AustriaThe room was in bad shape for a ~70€ room. The floor was out in some locations, the electrical plugs were looking dangerous, the bathroom was very old and damaged. On top of that, I was left out of water (cold and warm) two afternoons due to some repairs. Room was very bad illuminated, having only a single dark curtain meaning that there was no way to be in private clothes with the curtain open. A total disaster for the price.
Friendly staff. Baggage keeping service. Location to visit Congreso area. The breakfast was ok.

SerbiaOur group had an amazing experience during our stay at UP Americas Plaza. From the start, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we had a great time overall, we did notice that sometimes the staff took a bit longer to respond to our requests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience significantly. Overall, our group had a fantastic time at UP Americas Plaza and would highly recommend it to others. We'd rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

UruguayNoise from street. Bathroom not very clean. Beds very soft. Only one pillow. They charged my card the day before arrival, and because it was a Prex Ar card they added on the VAT. As a foreign person who does not reside in Argentina they should not have charged me VAT. I had included my Uruguayan credit card on Booking for the charge as well. They offered to reimburse my Prex card and charge my Uruguayan card instead but I did not want the Ars Pesos as I was returning to Uruguay the next day.
