SerbiaOur group had an amazing experience during our stay at UP Americas Plaza. From the start, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we had a great time overall, we did notice that sometimes the staff took a bit longer to respond to our requests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience significantly. Overall, our group had a fantastic time at UP Americas Plaza and would highly recommend it to others. We'd rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

UruguayNoise from street. Bathroom not very clean. Beds very soft. Only one pillow. They charged my card the day before arrival, and because it was a Prex Ar card they added on the VAT. As a foreign person who does not reside in Argentina they should not have charged me VAT. I had included my Uruguayan credit card on Booking for the charge as well. They offered to reimburse my Prex card and charge my Uruguayan card instead but I did not want the Ars Pesos as I was returning to Uruguay the next day.
Good value for a short overnight stay in Buenos Aires. Large rooms, good breakfast with lots of options.

SpainWe stayed few times in this hotel. Last room they gave to us was a bit old and beds smaller that usual - room 905. Hair dresser was not working in that room. Water is leaking from the shower in some of the rooms, not all of them. Breakfast 7700 pesos, a bit expensive but very good views and bufet. There isn't enough light in the centre of the room. It is not the best location if you are going to go out during the night and come back to hotel late and walking.
Location is close to the city centre but sadly there is plenty of homeless people in the street nearby. Hotel has 24 hours reception - check in could be done at any time, very helpful Rooms and bathroom are big and spacious Very clean

I loved the location, a block and 1/2 from the Plaza del Congreso, and the neighborhood, with a variety of eating places around every corner.

GermanyThis is clearly not the hotel's fault, but with the parallel currency exchange rates the prices on Booking do not reflect the real value of the room. It should be said, however, that the hotel offered the possibility to pay cash at a more convenient exchange rate. The hotel is generally ok, but slightly run down. The shower is leaking and I always ended up with water on the bathroom floor.
The hotel is very well located at the center of Buenos Aires. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, but more fruit and a bigger choice of eggs would have been nice (they only prepared scrambled eggs). Staff was friendly and forthcoming. They gave me an early check-in and prepared a breakfast to go on the day of departure, since I had to leave early in the morning.

ItalyI am very sorry to write something which pulls down the Hotel because the people working there are doing their best. Anyway, the building and the room used needs a renovation. Especially, the bathroom was very small with no window and no ventilator. Most of the parts in the bathroom were broken or missing. When I arrived in the room some parts were badly damaged but the staff helped me to have a new and clean chair.
I appreciated very much the people working there, especially at the reception desk. They have been very helpful and kind. In particular David and especially Marco they both tried to do as much as possible to satisfy any kind of request. The cleaning of the room was good and the lady doing this job was very kind. They changed everyday bed sheets also if not required. The room was very large and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The position is central near subway line A.
