A room that didn’t face Juncal would have been better. Street noise sometimes interfered with sleep. Also, a standard bed would be preferred to two twins. Pillows were too firm.

we requested a shuttle, which they sent an external company with a guy who was clueless, and the car that looked like a piñata and got somewhat lost. Regarding the property, the bathroom could do with a little updating.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, well located, staff were friendly and helpful (particularly Vladislav). It was relatively quiet for the location, one of the quietest hotels we have been in Argentina.

The water and sewage pipes in the hotel are not soundproof, you may hear the toilet flushing from the room above yours in the middle of the night. You may wake up to the sound of the water tap in the room right above or next to you. You will hear the water flow through the pipes all day long. Also, right next to the hotel is a church whose bell chimes at a specific time of day, so you'll wake up to that bell whether you went to bed early or late.

Room was kinda dingy, inadequately lit. AC control was on “heat” when we arrived. So we switched it to Cool. Wrong move. That effectively shut off the AC. But no explanation was given at check in which was late in the evening. We effectively had no AC all night. I could, would, should have picked a better place.

The breakfast is not great, but it's optional, so that's fine. The workout room is extremely basic.The neighborhood is not the most hip, but public transportation in Buenos Aires is very good.

Beautiful hotel, great service, good facilities, great value. Looks like it was built in the golden era of 50s and 60s, it may not be to that level anymore, but it's well maintained and pretty comfortable.The pool is very nice, the employees are very friendly. My room had a small kitchen, I think it's standard, and was very convenient.

The staff was very helpfull. I arrived a couple days earlier and had to wait for my ferry to Uruguay. For the meanwhile I asked if it was possible to store my luggage in the hotel and this was no problem. During my stay the staff was also helpful with different kind of things. The location was perfect, it's a huge city so it's impossible to be nearby everything, but this was good.
