Location, brilliant guy on reception who spoke perfect English and really made our stay with his recommendations and friendly manner. Great place to stay in Puerto Madryn with lovely sea view

The breakfast was very good, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The sea view was great, and so was the terrace. The complimentary coffee was highly appreciated, and so was the drinking water dispenser.

Breakfast is mediocre, can be a little more appealing. Also i didn’t like the “restaurant “ smell at the lobby and elevators. Needs a more perfumed ambiance. Definitely the hotel need a make over.

Rooms tend to be a bit on the warm side and temperature is controlled downstairs. We opened the windows and it was fine.

There was a bit of noise from a construction next to the hotel, which I believe was not the hotel fault but anyway was somehow annoying. Wifi came and go, so that would be something to improve, considering the price of the hotel. Heating service was something that had to be adjusted a few times, it was too hot in the room at some moments.

Breakfast was amazing, really varied. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was really clean and comfortable as well.

Air conditioner: TO CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM YOU MUST CALL THE RECEPTION. And the worst is : even if you managed to get a comfortable inside temperature in the evening,  somehow you wake up in a freezing room.

Jacuzzi was not 100% operational. Visited in June where temperatures are very cold and was disappointed when the jacuzzi was at a lukewarm temperature. Staff assured me maintenance was working on it, so it could have been unfortunate timing. Room was very big. Unfortunately the electrical slots were too far apart from the bed for comfort. We discovered an electrical slot behind the bed on the last night, but it was a single slot.

Location is amazing. Most tourist agencies pick you up to take you to the main tourist attractions, and they all know Dazzler. The beach view is incredible and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Check in took an hour. The room was spacious but a little worn with holes in the curtains and scuffed walls. There was no parking.

The hotel was well located close to the beach and the breakfast was good.

Front desk staff was fine but not very helpful. View from room was ok - ocean view but since we were on the 3rd floor our view was marred by the building air conditioners.

It exceeded my expectations. Large comfortable rooms with ocean view. Excellent Internet service. Superb restaurant for the evening. Across from the beach.

The reception was chaotic and staff unhelpful, room was great but the air conditioning wasn’t working. After a number of failed attempts to fix I was moved to an inferior room albeit still with a sea view. Pluses were the restaurant where the food and staff were great. It claims to be a 4 star hotel. I would struggle to give it 2. Maybe I was just unlucky but this was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in Argentina. No dedicated parking. Had to drive around for 30 mins after long day looking for parking place.
