The only thing that did not work for us was that for breakfast you choose a time to come the day before. Breakfast times are at 7, 8, 9 or 10am. This was a issue for us because 8am was blocked for a large group and they tended to stay beyond 9am occupying the tables, which then reduced seating capacity at 9am. Schedules should be better enforced, particularly for large groups.

Rooms: The rooms are enormous, bed very comfortable. The rooms are clean. Facilities: the pool in the spa has a beautiful view of the lake and is a relaxing atmosphere to soak up nature in the evening. Gym is small and a little outdated but very clean and functional Restaurant: the breakfast menu is varied and always topped up. The views are lovely and staff are super friendly and helpful. We also had dinner there and the food was lovely, good sized portions and very well made. Staff: they are the highlight of this hotel. We felt very well looked after and the team were very helpful and friendly at all stages of our visit.

Needs some TLC. Pool changing area needs to be upgraded. Some lockers have numbers some don’t same for locker keys. No basket for dirty towel. No coffee in room only tea and then that was not there the last nigh?

There was essentially no outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views of the lake. Additionally, the pool and bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner.

Only constructive feedback is more sun loungers around the pool for the mid-afternoon after activities and before dinner.Second is to allow alcoholic drinks by the bar.

The hotel was amazing, the pool was so nice and relaxing. Food was good and a good price. The room was 10/10! The staff were so nice, every single one.

The wi-fi signal and stability could be better, but in such a place, you just don't want to use the internet.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The location is strategically located between the city center and the nature attractions. Fantastic view of the lake for breakfast, dinner and from the rooms as well. Complete breakfast with variety of pastries, fruits, eggs, bacon and sausage. Very kind staff. It also has a travel agency right aside reception, where you can program your tours easily, with on-site pickup.

Thin walls, very very noisy. Shower tile was disgusting, dirty and cracked. Sleeper sofa bed upholstery was worn and filthy.

Everything was very pleasant. Only one thing that got me thinking was the parking spot, it is limited and if the house is full it doesn’t support all the cars. But it didn’t bother us at all while we were there

The only problem we had was the key card to the room didn’t work properly at one point but they came right away to fix it and let us in the room.

The suite was beautiful, with an amazing jacuzzi bath tub and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was delicious and the location great as well.
