The staff at the reception should be a little bit more friendly.

The hotel is nice, situated in a lush tropical garden, a little far away from town center, restaurants, bus station. The room was wide, clean, provided with all requested facilities. Also the breakfast is good, a lot of sweets, cakes, fruits.

My first room had cracked glass door to the balcony. I complained and was told that because I had booked through an agency (booking.com) I got that room. I complained and was moved to a better room. However, there was very loud music being played nearby over two nights up until midnight and the windows vibrated. I was moved again, to the opposite side of the corridor. The sofas in the reception area, are old, with solid cushions and are uncomfortable to sit on. They need replacing. You have to book a place to have meal in the restaurant at night. I saw families being turned away. Not good. You also cannot buy a glass of wine with your meal as it has to be a full bottle.

The hotel is near to the Argentina three frontier monument. Walk down and take a look. The rooms at the hotel were OK but dated. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was of similar quality. There is a very good outdoor swimming pool. The WifI worked well. There is an old fashioned safe box in the rooms, but they were very well made. Ask for a key when you check-in. There are staff that speak English. I stayed here to see the Iguaza Falls. I visited both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides. The Falls were absolutely fantastic.

We arrived st 20:30 hours and there was only one person at reception and his English was limited. The only meal the restaurant provided was a very limited buffet. However the booking.com site boasted a restaurant with ‘local international cuisine’ It was far from that. The next night we went to the Amerian Hotel, which is just next door. They do have an À la carte menu which has both ‘local international cuisine’. The internet is non existent in the rooms. Most people go to the lobby. Breakfast is basic and apart from fresh fruit there are no healthy options like cereals or fresh vegetables.

The hotel was set in pleasant gardens.

Bad internet in the room. Hotel is a little worn out. The towels are thready. Taking a shower means a swimming pool on your bathroom floor. There is no possibility to hang your wet swimming suit on the balcony. There is no furniture on the balcony to sit outside. Staff during breakfast didn't pay any attention, were not professional. Just busy with each other. And you pay for better! Pool site also worn out, bad service at the bar.

Location is nice and quit. Nice veranda at main entrance. Size rooms is okay. Good working climate control, nice view from the room. Great breakfast.

It's rather a 3 star hotel not 4. The rooms could be improved and the breakfast was very basic.

The building is nice with a lot of green around. It's between the center and the river so you can visit both within 15-20 minutes from the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel hasn't the potential to be great just no msrketing of its services and whilst staff were polite overall this came across as indifference to your needs. Upgrade staff training.

The Sunday evening / weekend noise was pretty bad. Music went loud and late. No wash cloths in bathroom and tub / shower is narrow rounded bottom a little awkward. The rooms decor is old and sparse. The walls have an old, heavy plaster finish that is quite dated.

Breakfast was fine, fairly good selection, bedroom was large with oversize king bed, nice pool (we didn't use) dining room was fine. The common areas are quite nice. The staff was very helpful to come right out to the cab to help get luggage in and up to our 2 rooms. Nice flat panel tv mounted on the wall. Nice view out our window on top floor.

Set dinner was dismal and for the price should have been a lot better. Hotel was tired and old however clean and tidy. Staff were not happy but we suspect that had a lot to do with the restaurant manager who was rude.

Overall it is an old hotel which has lnown better days, time for a renovation. They put the ping pong table close to a ring (probably to attach a door or something) protruding from the floor and my wife hurt herself. Very poor judgement from the staff with this setup and for not signalling this hasard...

The large swimming pool was the highlight. There is a very nice modern italian restaurant not too far from there (part of a boutique hotel).

Looks nice on outside then you get into the rooms which are old, rundown, and have obviously not been renovated in a while. Rudeness of the staff was the worst part of this stay. Will never ever stay at an Esturion hotel after this. Unsure whether it was because I'm a single femal traveler or because of my race, but none of the staff wanted to help me with anything from getting my bags to my room to getting a van back to the airport. Disgusting behavior and says a lot about who management thinks is fit to represent the hotel.
