    Old hotel, old and stinky fabric carpet. I asked for a non fabric carpet room because I'm allergic and the front desk told me that all the rooms have only fabric carpet. This should be informed previously. They charged me one night without staying there.

    I needed a clockwatch and the hotel could not help me with that. For the same price I could have this stuff on other hotels in the region. The best options for dinner are on a 15 minutes walk.

    Breakfast Ok, Cleanliness ok, If you have business on buenos aires downtown you're good to go...

    They were supposed to discount the VAT as I'm foreigner with foreign credit card but they charged it anyway as I was requested a xerox copy of my entry stamp and passport, but they didn't care to have a copier in the facility.

    Nice location and very good customer service. The hotel itself has seen better times, though.

    The hotel itself is now fairly old and needs maintenance. Carpets were worn out and dirty. Bathroom had some humidity stains on the ceiling and the A/C was difficult to control (either off or freezing cold).

    The location is superb. Customer service is very good.

    Bed and pillows were terrible and carpet in the room maybe because of the traffic the hotel has were with stains and kind of dirty

    The carpets in our room were in a bad condition, mattress and blanket were very old, a lot of dust on the curtains. Although they say that the hotel has a gym, you cannot exercise there - two very old treadmills it's all you can find. Breakfast was ok, but we had to ask for some things to be made for us, like eggs, no one suggested it, we just saw someone else eating eggs. Many people did not know about this option at all. It was little weird, as if the restaurant tried to save money on the visitors.

    Most of the staff members were very helpful and provided us with valuable recommendations about the things to do in the city and places to dine. The location is very convenient, walk-able distance to the main attractions.
