The room although large enough was a bit dark. The pool was not useable. That was not a major draw for us, however it should have been noted since our room did not have a balcony. The pool area was the only outdoor place to sit and it was closed for part of our stay and not visually appealing.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of selections. The hotel location was very pleasant along the canal and walking distance to parks, historical places, cafes and shopping. The staff was very accommodating.

I know we're supposed to talk the local language (and we have a good stab at it) but I find it surprising that the reception staff of an American chain Hotel have no English. This meant that as nice and as wanting to be helpful as they were it led to a misunderstanding about the length of time our laundry would take. Also the pool is quite small and the area around it had a step which I didn't see (as there was no marking to indicate a change of height) so I quite badly bruised my foot. First hotel I've been to that didn't have a floor towel for the bathroom or, if they did, then they didn't have a hand towel.

A fair priced hotel in a good location 10 minutes walk from the Central plaza. The room was big though not a lot of room once the two beds are taken into account. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had. I have listed a few complaints but to be honest they didn't overly detract from an enjoyable stay.

Great location for visit the city center, very clean place. And also a magnificent breakfast in comparison with other Argentinian hotels.

breakfast times are limited due to covid and i think badly organized because you end up doing a line to get breakfast.

The people at front desk are very nice! All covid measures taken. Breakfast is very complete however it has limited places due to covid restrictions. rooms are very comfortable but the rooms are kinds of old. for a deal it is super recommended!

The receptionist didn’t speak any English at all. Later there was a very helpful receptionist but the one we saw most didn’t have any English and it was surprising.

The restaurant was excellent and very nice staff.

When we arrived there was no power. We only realised this after climbing the fire escape stairs to the room as the lift was not operational and the room was in total darkness. On returning to the reception, only then were we told that the power was out and there was no indication when it might return. When we went back to the room we realised it was was not as described in our booking as having a "quiet street view". It actually had an inner light court 'view' shared by other rooms and the neighbouring property. The generic photo shows a large wall of glazing but it was in fact a small high silled window. On querying this, the response was that this room was "subject to availability". We would have thought that it being bookable. The room smelt heavily of highly perfumed cleaning product. The room seemed also to be devoid of useful furniture. No coffee making as described. The breakfast area in the morning was shambolic and 'family friendly' with children rampant and babies crying. We chose to vacate the hotel the next morning, forfeiting the entire cost of the 5 day stay. The front desk were particularly unsympathetic. Terrible experience.

The elevator didn’t work properly, I had to use the stairs in most occasions and I was in the 9th floor!! The air conditioner didn’t work either in my bedroom, and the lighting was bad.

Everything was fantastic! From the room to the staff, breakfast, the restaurant is amazing and affordable. Definitely will be back. Can’t talk about the pool, spa, etc. because I didn’t use them.
