The guy who was working at the reception was very rude, completely unwilling to try to speak English to us using phrase „speak in Spanish” and nothing more. The other guy who made the check in for us was very friendly and helpful though.

Ok breakfast but in a hotel I anticipate a bit better breakfast (add egg, or an alternative bread). Price was a bit higher at arrival than on booking.

Very poor communication between staff and poor customer service. Had an early bus and I said upon check in that I’ll be checking out early - just before 6am. I was told no problem and there’ll be a coffee waiting as I’ll be missing the included breakfast. When I came down there were no staff at reception (or anywhere else in the hotel) and all exit doors were locked, including the emergency fire door. I ended up having to shout and make noise from the ground floor to try and get someone to hear me. A man came down about 15mins later. Terrible experience and almost missed my bus to Chile. I dread to think if there was a fire or medical emergency and people can’t get out of the building.

Overpriced and worth noticing that they add 10.000 Pesos if you're paying cash. Some insect in the room bit or stung me multiple times and it weren't mosquitos. Wi-Fi runs very instable.

We had to leave in the middle of the night because of an unbearable noise from the street and really old windows in the room that weren't helping at all. Reception sais they can't do anything for us and refused to give back at least half of our money. We spent in the room 30 mins or smth while looking for a new place. Wifi was bad. Bathroom didn't look nice. You will get better service in a hostel. And you never know if there will be noise again, its the very center.

CHECK IN: they add 21% tax, and they use some exchange rate of their own.. they did NOT show us the exchange rate from BNA website on that day, instead the receptionist asked his boss what exchange rate to give to foreigners BREAKFAST: buffet style of old bread, tasteless tarts, burned croissants and coffee.. the staff were unhygienic and poorly handling dishes and cups, their white uniforms had stains and they did not properly wear masks LOCATION: while in the city center, be aware there are street performers playing LOUD music on Fridays and entire weekends until midnight, homeless people/ vendors selling at the corner, the entrance of the hotel is in a dilapidated shopping complex. completely shady HOUSEKEEPING : bedsheets had stains, white towels had orange stains, THEY STOLE AN EXPENSIVE SUNSCREEN FROM ME WHICH WAS ON THE BEDSIDE TABLE, and they also used my body lotion (i came back the bottle was empty) WAITING AREA: at floor EP- all sockets had no power to charge it was only in one corner of the entire floor
