We arrived from our flight at around 9 am. The hotel allowed us to go on to our room for a minimal fee. It was nice after our long flight to get into the room for some much needed rest.

No issues with the hotel. Though a general comment about using Atm,s to obtain currency. There seems to be a limit of 15,000ars and this is at a cost of around 8000ars. This seems to apply to all banks and is related to Banelco systems.

A good location close to restaurants, banks transport etc. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Unfortunately, the staff of the reception was not so pleasant. The internet did not work at all. I could not hold my online meetings and had to find another place to work. I asked for better wi-fi a couple of times in my room and got help only in the afternoon before I was checking out and I was not going to be at the hotel. The shower of the room I stayed in had a very weak pressure, I had no shower cap either. The bed in my room was too soft and caused me back pain. Poor options at the breakfast and you need to pay extra for cappuccino / espresso

The general manager of the hotel was the best person, the staff from the restaurant were all amazing and the security man as well. The smell when you enter the hotel is lovely. The GM helped me at the day I had to check out and is a great solution-person. Big thanks for that!

The room was a bit dark, it is fine during the day with the curtains open, but in the evening, the lack of a lamp/lights above the bed makes it a bit too gloomy. I also would appreciate more breakfast options for those who do not fancy sweets/pastry for breakfast but it seems typical for many 4 star hotels in the city that I tried.

I stayed only one night but had a pleasant experience overall. The room is big, and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, with the microwave and kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. You also get a coupon for a 15% discount for dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and I used it; the restaurant was quite alright! The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not go outside much but knowing Buenos Aires can also say that the location of the hotel is good both for tourists and those coming for work.

This hotel is so popular that we could not take early check-in and late check-out.

All staff were so friendly and kind. We arrived there in the morning and could not check in then. However, they told us how to use the WIFI service, which was the most helpful for us.

It can be a bit of a dark atmosphere in the room, I missed some good bright lightening. The sound of the vacuum cleaner is present all around (and they don't have carpets!) They should avoid using that vacuum cleaner so much, especially before 8 am when guests are sleeping! If they don't have carpets, use an old gold broom.

Nice atmosphere, clean and BIG rooms. Breakfast was good, even though the staff in the lounge is composed of only 1 person who's clearly overloaded. The location is good and safe, been though the center is not the most welcoming at night on the other hand you're close to everything.
