The hotel is easily accessible and centrally located on the main street of Ushuaia. The room was small but cozy, we got a Queen-size bed which was comfortable. Balcony available. General calm atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, staff was motivated and kind. We got a little personalized letter in the room which was lovely.

The breakfast is very basic for a 4-star hotel. The coffee (filter coffee in a big container) was among the worst we had, very strange taste. Selection generally limited, the toasts are hard. As hot food you only get scrambled eggs (if available) which were quite dull. No other hot food. Pastry and cake selection also limited, same goes for jam selection, missing typical flavors of Patagonia like Calafate. Most of the staff didn't speak English - luckily my girlfriend is a Spanish speaker. Not a single bottle of mineral water provided free of charge in the room. Some problems using the safe - wouldn't open with the code entered, battery change after two interventions with the reception, resolved the issue partially. The room had a bathtub with jacuzzi-jets - problem was, we were missing the knob to close the bathtub and couldn't use it. This being said, trying to use it on the last day, we didn't ask reception for help given the limited time, but should be checked before arrival. Check-Out time before 10am is on the very early side, reminder by phone at 10:05 we need to check-out. Check-In though at the classical 3pm - we asked for an earlier check-in, and got confirmation beforehand it was possible. But room was not ready when we arrived at 1:30pm. No toilet brush available in the bathroom, very unusual. The hotel is situated on the main street of Ushuaia, central location but can be noisy at night, especially if you have a room with city/mountain view directly above the street.

The room was really cosy and comfortable. But the best was the staff. Everybody was so nice and attentive. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Exceptionall.

Breakfast was awesome, and the view from the restaurant could not be beat! The location was great if you're leaving from the port. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

There are other nearby hotels with better value for the price. The Wifi in my room would cut in and out, making it difficult to watch shows or use my computer.

Great location, friendly staff

The beds were auper small! I think max 1.80 meter long, which is too short for most European men. Room was very, vert small. But most concerning was the noise at night. You can literally hear tor neighbours talk or use the toilet lid. And..although its a small village, there is lots of noise in the street late at night. You here motors racing whole night long. We haven”t slept both nights.

Location is perfect, welcoming atmosphere.

Great location in town. The staff was very professional and friendly.

WiFi very bad. No outlets for technology. Soap dispensers in bath non functional. Busy street very noisy evening and morning. Breakfast below average. Runny eggs and granola, coffee and tea.

The breakfast was fine and because we needed to be away early, arrangements were made for us to eat before the breakfast room was actually open. The view from the dining room is lovely. The location was very good for us as the place for depositing and collecting baggage for our cruise was very close by.

The room we had on the 2nd visit felt cramped and dark. I'd say the property is relatively expensive for what is offered and I really did not like the fact that if you requested an early or late check in or out, there would be an extra charge of US$50.

Excellent hotel and excellent location. Beautiful view and ambience. Very friendly staff even when I had a special request. I usually find that hotel food is mediocre at best. But last night’s dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I strongly recommend Lennox Hotel and dinner at the restaurant. This morning’s breakfast buffet which was included was perfect.

The location on the Main Street of town was great and very convenient for a traveller moving onto an Antarctic cruise. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was adequate tho not fantastic! The reception staff were lovely.

If you wanted an early check in or late check out, they charge US$50. However, you can sit in the lobby until your allotted time. There was no hot water on one day which was annoying.

It is very conveniently located you can walk to the harbor to most of the restaurants and it is still a very quiet hotel. We enjoyed the upstairs restaurant/breakfast with a wonderful view over the harbor area. Short taxi ride to the airport. The Ntl park is also very close by there are some hiking trails but most of all take time to the great views of mountains, rivers and land.

Have stayed here several times. Lovely small hotel, cosy rooms and with the best view from the breakfast hall.

Check in process could be quicker.

The location was perfect for walking the town and getting our luggage to our boat !

Located in the main shopping street, with all restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Restaurant on the 4th floor with a perfect view over the harbour and the Beagle Channel. We happened to be there on New Year’s Eve and we had booked a table. Great dinner, drinks, lovely life music. A night to remember
