The only thing I disliked was that my room was on the side of a busy street with a lot of traffic. Had to wear earplugs.

The breakfast was really good. A lot to choose from and served in a nice and light area with a view on the Beagle channel. The bed was comfortable and I liked all the wood in the hotel. A nice and hot shower and good curtains to keep out the light.

My room was on the other side of the hotel, directly facing the main road and on the ground floor, which made it noisy. The traffic flies past!

On the main thoroughfare in the city, which makes it easy to walk around and take in the sights. The breakfast was ok with a reasonable selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some features in such rooms may be uncomfortable for other guests. If you prefer a dark room, bring your night mask as the bay window is quite bright even with curtains on.

Mid range hotel right to the end of Avenida San Martin, the key shpping/restaurant/living street of Ushuaia. Typical architecture of the area using a lot of wood We asked for a room with a view and we were given the only one available, the one for disabled guests on the 1st floor. It only had one chair to allow more space for its guests. The bed was comfortable and the heating was working properly. Breakfast with lots of options of cakes and sweets but not much savoury (pan de queso disappears in just a few minutes), which eventually is pretty common in Argentina. Very convenient location and free parking!

From our room we could here cars passing on the street, but not all rooms have this defect.

Great location, staff and breakfast. The room had everything you need and it was clean. After our checkout, hey offered us the possibility to store our luggage for the entire day, for free.

Our bathroom kept running non stop. They came to try to fix it a couple of times and it would happen again. Other than that, great experience.

Location was ideal, at one edge of what seemed to be the main street in downtown. All shops and cafes were walking distance. Nice view of the ocean. Pleasant lobby and restaurant area for breakfast with a good coffee machine, too.

The main thing, it was pretty expensive for what you get. Also, it is not the most friendly hotel for moving luggage around and breakfast was quite limited.

The hotel is comfortable and rooms are reasonably sized. Staff were nice and attentive.

My room was out in the back on the busy Main Street so was noisy. Room could have used some kind of fn as it was stuffy int he evening so had to keep window open.

The hotel is in a great location, at the ned of the Main Street. Easy to walk everywhere. The hotel common ares are mor=dern and well kept. The breakfast was very good!

Rooms could be bigger. There is no place to put clothes on wardrobes. A desk and chairs to stay comfortable is a must but there is no way to enjoy this.

Staff worked properly. They were always ready to assist guests.

Our room was uninhabitable. The road noise made it impossible to sleep. I would not recommend any of the rooms numbered 600-611 to anyone unless they were deaf, wore hearing aids, or liked freeway noise 24 hours per day. Our room was not worth half the price charged.

We were put in a room by the main road which meant you could hear cars all night revving their engines, and lots of noise in general. The room was quite dirty. Not sure what it’s like in the main building. Definitely needs a bit of extra love and attention. I don’t think the cost reflects the room.

Road noise is incredibly loud. Especially if you get the rooms in the 600 range. It is right next to a busy road and even with the windows closed it is not possible to sleep

Location is at the other end of the city center. It is a 15 min walk to get to the restaurants

The staff was very unfriendly..The favorite word of the lady at the reception ( I think her name is Fernanda, she wears braces) is “imposible” (Impossible in English).. Anything you ask her and she says Impossible.. There was no hospitality especially for the amount of money I paid for this accommodation.. I had booked for 3 nights requesting for a room with a view and at first they gave me a tiny small room on the ground floor with no view..I requested the receptionist Fernanda multiple times for a room with a view and preferably on a floor which is not the ground floor and the first thing she told me was impossible.. I asked her if it was possible to check for the second night and even for that she said impossible.. After much back and forth, since the room I booked for was with a view , I was given a room on the third floor with a view of the noisy main street.. The staff is rude and unaccommodating..On top of that the staff doesn’t know English..It is extremely difficult to communicate with them and even with a google translator most times the response I received was “Impossible”.. Breakfast isn’t good either and doesn’t have much variety though the breakfast staff seemed nice.. The location is also at least 15 mins walk away from the center of the town.. Better to look for another hotel because this definitely isn’t worth the money you are paying for and on top of that one of the receptionist is extremely rude..

The WiFi was fast, rooms were clean and warm.. Continuous hot water with good pressure..

The surprise of paying 3 times the fee by arrival and waiting 2 days for the adjustment to be credited to your account, my room was very noisy, very hot, not private with only windows on the open staircase, it was noisy, its old, blanket is old, everything needs to be renovated, breakfast buffet is unhandy, small, one coffee machine, low quality of all items, can not believe their are guests giving this property a 10

The staff, friendly, helpful and breakfast team works very hard and efficient, thats half the rating
