United StatesThe check-in process is confusing. Lots of emails before checking in requiring uploading of passports and completion of online forms. However, when we arrived, there was a front desk reception which took much of this same information again.
What a lovely gem in the center of Mendoza! The quality of the room's features, as well as the design, made it a top-notch boutique hotel experience. We appreciated the modern design, as well as the comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, coffee machine and small refrigerator in the room, and cleanliness. Everything was organized in such a way in the room that it made our stay there very comfortable. It was definitely a well-planned out design.

BrazilIt wasn’t a problem for us, but, accessibility might be a problem for people with disabilities. You cannot access the property and it’s only elevator without stairs. Also smoke detectors are very sensitive and vapour from showers triggered the fire alarm at my room twice.
The check-in process was smooth and communication clear; the apartments are spacious and comfortable; the hotel location is within CBD, with everything at walking distance; at the end, a great value for money.

ArgentinaThe pillows were too big. After booking through booking, the payment was set to be directly with the property. Once I arrived I was forced to use cash because paying by card had a 5% recharge which I didn't know originally. I also had to leave a cash deposit but this might be my problem since I checked in late in the night and they didn't have a postnet. Even though that didn't generate a problem it is not the best way to handle this.. so my recommendation is to find an alternative for any time. Specially if you work with tourists because I'm Argentinean and I understand this type of weird things that happen sometime but someone from USA or some parts from Europe will find this very sketchy.
Very clean and stylish, specially for the price.

United StatesThe room was quite small. The bed was a generous size but left little room for navigation around the bed and even less if you had a bit of luggage on hand. The elevators were currently being serviced so be warned that you may need to utilize the stairs.
Located in the center of the city, thee location was the perfect launching point for Mendoza adventures. The staff on hand did their best with ad-hoc requests (like requesting cars or helping to alter restaurant reservations).

United KingdomCheck in took 30 minutes. Everything is done online and the paylink didn't work initially. No keys are provided for front door or room. Access is via a QR code or number code. It is also hard to find as there are no signs outside.
