Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The check-in process is confusing. Lots of emails before checking in requiring uploading of passports and completion of online forms. However, when we arrived, there was a front desk reception which took much of this same information again.
What a lovely gem in the center of Mendoza! The quality of the room's features, as well as the design, made it a top-notch boutique hotel experience. We appreciated the modern design, as well as the comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, coffee machine and small refrigerator in the room, and cleanliness. Everything was organized in such a way in the room that it made our stay there very comfortable. It was definitely a well-planned out design.

Cleaning could be better - the bathroom floor was stained. The curtains need maintenance.
Prime location - central area near everything. There are all the basics you need for a nice stay, including a fridge and a coffee machine. Excellent internet connection.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but, accessibility might be a problem for people with disabilities. You cannot access the property and it’s only elevator without stairs. Also smoke detectors are very sensitive and vapour from showers triggered the fire alarm at my room twice.
The check-in process was smooth and communication clear; the apartments are spacious and comfortable; the hotel location is within CBD, with everything at walking distance; at the end, a great value for money.

The pillows were too big. After booking through booking, the payment was set to be directly with the property. Once I arrived I was forced to use cash because paying by card had a 5% recharge which I didn't know originally. I also had to leave a cash deposit but this might be my problem since I checked in late in the night and they didn't have a postnet. Even though that didn't generate a problem it is not the best way to handle this.. so my recommendation is to find an alternative for any time. Specially if you work with tourists because I'm Argentinean and I understand this type of weird things that happen sometime but someone from USA or some parts from Europe will find this very sketchy.
Very clean and stylish, specially for the price.

I liked everything. We had an issue with the outlets in the room but they were so comprehensive and helped us having a solution to it.
It had a great location, it was clean, the room was big enough, and it was modern.

We loved the hotel!! Everything was super new and clean. The people are very helpfull when we asked for softer pillows! The bed and bathroom were very big that made our stay perfectly comfortable :)

The room was quite small. The bed was a generous size but left little room for navigation around the bed and even less if you had a bit of luggage on hand. The elevators were currently being serviced so be warned that you may need to utilize the stairs.
Located in the center of the city, thee location was the perfect launching point for Mendoza adventures. The staff on hand did their best with ad-hoc requests (like requesting cars or helping to alter restaurant reservations).

A chair in the room was missing. The checkin procedure might seem a bit scetchy as they contact guests via whatsapp for some info. But it is all legit.
Very new hotel, great building, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room & very spacious bathroom. Would absolutely recommend when staying in Mendoza

The one thing that would make the rooms perfect is a little fridge.
Everything super new and very comfortable. Loved the pillows and towels especially! Electronic entrance to building and room was very convenient. Very centrally located.

Check in took 30 minutes. Everything is done online and the paylink didn't work initially. No keys are provided for front door or room. Access is via a QR code or number code. It is also hard to find as there are no signs outside.
