We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good location, walking distance from city centre. Heating was adequate for winter. Nothing fancy, but good value for money, comfortable bed, equipped kitchenette and bathroom. They arranged me to check-in early (at 11) when I requested, and I could store my luggage when checking out.

Location was great and Sergio went above and beyond to help us have a great stay - he was fantastic. Kitchen was lacking a sharp knife and can opener, but when we told Sergio, he immediately attended to it and dropped off a brand new knife and can opener.

United StatesThis apartment looks different than in photos. The kitchen cabinets are quite worn, and the vinyl floors are stained and look like they could benefit from a deep cleaning. While the apartment likely was clean, it didn't feel clean because of these issues.
The views are nice, and the check in was easy.
