Hairdryer needs to be replaced; it barely does the job

Room storage could be much better even within the existing space. Minimal drawer space, no suitcase stands. Bathroom arrangement.ent good, but again MINIMAL place to put toiletries. Why not bring the sink platform to the.wall. Why so little shelving under the sink? Why NO PLACE to hang a bathrobe or wet.towels. There was plenty of.wall space for both. Wi Fi was great on main floor, inconsistent in our.room.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. However the scrambled eggs were not always hot or even warm. Breakfast staff were very good. Really enjoyed the conversation area on our floor allowing us to meet with friends.

One of the rooms was right above the entrance which was quickly exchanged for a quiet room higher up (which we had requested initially). Location is in a business district so very quiet in the weekends and further away from sights to see however taxis can be flagged easily or staff can get one for you.

Nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast was compact but still enough options. Staff was very nice and accommodating. A small nuisance was solved quickly(see below).

Well located hotel, between Center and Puerto madero - both reachable walking. The street has many stores, restaurants. The hotel is very comfortable and staff is kind. A good choice to visit Buenos Aires.

The room was a bit tighter than expected and the cleaning still wasn’t done by 5pm when we returned, which is unusual in my experience (they did come, but then didn’t replace the water and coffee pods, which is also unusual).

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel or my experience staying here.

Convenient location to central business district and La Florida. Excellent rooms and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone and just needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay and I stayed in one of the rooms with a single bed - it was plenty of room, very clean/modern, and great price.

My room was old, the floor was ugly outside the bathroom also the showers doesn't have door, so all was wet after that you take a shower, the shower also was not 100% clean

The location was the best of the hotel, 2 blocks away from puerto madero, 15 - 20 minutes walking from the obelisco, the breakfast was nice too, the hotel facilities had seen better days.

Air conditioning was barely working - temperature did not go below 26C. Refrigerator was hardly cooling the contents. Neighborhood is not ideal for tourists, and gets very deserted at nights and on the weekends.

The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was pretty great. The Nespresso machine and water kettle were very nice.

I don´t think I can remember a worse shower than the one on this hotel. Not only the water pressure is virtually non existing, the temperature shifts with no notice. A 10 minute shower meant 8 minutes of boiling hot water and me waiting for it to come back down to human levels for 2 minutes, then with no notice it was hell again. Even when set to cold the water temperature was boiling hot.

I loved Emanuel in the front desk, what an amazing person, made us feel welcome and made the process very easy. We liked the bed, it was extremely comfortable. We also liked the room distribution.

The concierge who checked us into the hotel was a bit rude about us asking for bottles of water. The A/C didn't work so it was very stuffy and warm at night.

i didn like the actitud of the people in teh recpetion, they are not smiling to you, they seems like very unavailable people for socila well coming you in the hotel.

I liked a lot the location of the hotel, close coffe shops, close of some restaurant around the area by walk.

- the room was overlooking courtyard and had no daylight - was given twin beds despite specifically requesting one big bed - staff was not considered and did not even ask how was my stay upon check out - as I was staying during the weekend, I didn’t like the location. Everything around was closed and felt deserted.

Rooms are modern and nice decor. Breakfast was good too

You can hear and feel the metro rumble up until your room - even on the 4th floor. No dinner despite them advertising it.
