Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Although powerful the shower had a mind of its own and often leaked into the bathroom, the rooms were stylish but a bit small and not very quiet as we were often woken up by noisy other guests.
Great central location in Mendoza in a safe area. Professional staff and comfy beds. Great value for money. The spa was nice (even though no pool), and we got a free hydro massage (private jacuzzi) when booked through booking.com.

Hotel was good and location too. Sauna was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't really self service. You had to tell the lady at the buffet what you wanted and she would serve you.

This is my first time in Argentina and having been to over 17 countries, I would say some basic amenities are missing like drinking water and coffee. The bar in the room makes you think are included because they are in other countries but they are not. You have to pay for drinking water in the room and snacks.

Check in at 1500 its somewhat conversome. Plus toilet facilities in rooms are very small.
Hotel its on a very good location. It was recently renewed and staff is friendly and kind.

They need time change the old linen , pillows and pillowcase are stained, very badly for a 4 ⭐️ hotel . I didn’t like a man and sauna reception was very uncomfortable, He open de sauna door while I was inside

Bathroom very small , linen are stained need pillows urgent replace . Breakfast miss the bacon and I don’t like the way they served they follow you is make it uncomfortable I prefer self service .

Room was small, bathroom extremely small, no place to put anything in the bathroom, even toothbrush. Breakfast not very good, eggs were horrible. Price seemed high for location and what was received.

Central location, just a block from the pedestrian area leading to the main square. Staff without exception were friendly, helpful, efficient. Food good. Everywhere was super clean. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

We booked through booking.com and it was stated that the price was including all the taxes, but once there they wanted 21% more for taxes. We showed screenshots of the statement and they refused to honor that, so we had to pay 21% more than the price stared in booking. The room was extremely small but clean, everything felt new and good quality. Our room had a window to a inner space without any natural light. We could hear so much noice from the common areas and slamming doors, also the elevator makes a continuous beep all day and night and we could hear it from our room. I would stay again but knowing all this I would ask for another kind of room

The breakfast was okay.
