To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsBut...This isnot a 4 star hotel.. Rooms are disappointing. Doors are made from paperwood, damaged. . Bathroom is small. quality of matress is average. Airco is rumbling.. Two elevators for the whole hotel means waiting time. It just lacks quality of a 4 star. We paid 50 euros a night, non ref, which was a good deal.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Buenos Aires. I had a balcony and enjoyed wrapping up my day on it. Some very good restaurants nearby.

NetherlandsWhen we checked in we paid for our stay, including the city taxes, but when we went to check out the person at the reception asked us to pay the city taxes again. Even after showing him the debit card receipt from what we paid at check in, he kept on repeating that we hadn't paid city taxes. Eventually he 'gave up' and said it was fine , no need to pay anything more... The problem was not necessarily the amount to be paid, but the principle that even after we presented concrete evidence that we had already paid, the mister didn't change his stance or even apologize for the mistake.

SloveniaIn our booking confirmation it said that we get a room with the balcony but we got window only (no genius upgrade). While the lobby area has attractive look, rooms are not that good. It took long time for hot water to flow, but since it was 38 degrees outside, shower in cold water was refreshing. For 4 stars hotel I was expecting more.
Located short walk away from Plaza de Mayo. Loved the lobby and reception area. Good enough for a one night stay before travelling to the south of the country.
