The shower curtain was difficult to position, meaning water escaped onto the floor. However, a squeegee was provided to help dry the floor quickly.

Good location for bars & restaurants. Easy location for pick ups & getting taxi. Place was pleasant with good sized communal areas & kitchen facilities. Room was a good size.

Overall, the room and bathroom are too small. Breakfast is very simple and ration by the staff. The lift didn't work as it was too old and kept being stuck. Until very late at night, we kept hearing the door of the lift being slammed shut. A couple of cats roaming around the hallways ( love cats and these were cute, but if anyone is allergic, be aware)

Friendly and helpful staff. Desk staff was absolutely great to deal with. WiFi was good. The room was very small but everything was very clean. The hotel is in a central location.

The staff are very courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms are pretty quiet, and the shower is good. The breakfast is very good, as is the wi-fi. The facilities in the room are a bit dated.

There are cats, billiard pool, kind of garden with asado utensils and luggage storage without issues. Our room had a lake view as well. Location is fine, walkable from center civico with a stroller and couple of have bags still kind of quiet For this price in New year season it was basically unbeatable

The room was just not good. It was very outdated. We had no decent curtains (only glass curtains so people "can't look inside", but nothing to darken the room); therefore there was a lot of light at night because of the street lights (see my picture) and at sunrise the whole room lightened up. Thus we slept bad. Also the blankets were just as big as the bed; but that's too small with people underneath it. There was a constant annoyong sound coming from the bathroom. In the shower cabin one "wall" was missing. Because the room was outdated, it also didin't feel very clean because of the stains, etc. They didn't make our bed during our stay. Bariloche has amazing pastries (croissants for example) so I was looking forward to the breakfast, but on our second morning we decided to have breakfast elsewhere since we did not like it. We're travelling through Argentina and stayed in lots of hotels and this is the first time the orange juice was not fresh for example.. I got a few mails from Tangoinn with information about our stay, mentioning "they are only a two stars hotel and we should judge their services like that", but to me it just feels like they tried to "warn" us, hoping that we could see through the flaws. Nevertheless I feel like I payed to much for this hotel (for me the price-quality rate is way to high) and I would not recommend it. I booked this because it originally had an 8/10 on Booking when we booked it, but we saw the score dropped just before our stay and we understand why. This is definitely not an 8/10-hotel.

The staff is really friendly! The hotel has a very good location; in the city center near the lake. The lobby is nice; there are seats, there's a pool table as well as a ping pong table and - as we've seen in many places in Argentina - animals (dogs & cats) are allowed to relax in the lobby which is very cute.

Way too expensive for what it is. They explicitly ask you to temper your expectations, but $160 a night for rooms that smell musty and an overall unkempt state of the rooms and shared spaces, plus a 10% charge for using a credit card, I felt robbed anyway.

it has a bit of a hostel vibe that could work if it was kept in better shape.
