It was really disappointing that as a BonVoy member it was a LOT cheaper to reserve through Booking. That aside the Pool area and service at pool bar/restaurant was very poor.

Location works really well if you’re arriving/departing Buenos Aires Airports esp Jorge Newbury. We use when travelling through BA, it’s an easy walk to Calle Florida and has space to recover from long flight. Staff are helpful and it has everything you’d expect in Corporate Hotel. For first visit as tourist you may be better in more Boutique option in Recoleta to get more local feel. This is classic aircrew hotel!

The bathroom needed painting long ago. That surprised me for a hotel of this stature.

The location was very nice. A bit more quiet than most and great view from our 15 Floor. Only 10 minutes walk to Florida St and major shopping plus parks around the corner.

Various problems encountered but staff changed our rooms willingly. One bed had mattress with huge dip in it. Another room air conditioning not working ( 28.5 degrees all night long). Work carried out during the night on top floor above us resulting in a sleepless night. Curtains shabby in most rooms. Rooms needing facelift but staff responsive and helpful sorting out these issues.

Staff friendly and responsive regarding various issues we had. Hotel location is good and reception area pleasant. Gym well equipped. Breakfast choice pretty good for this style of hotel - but not the coffee!

I checked out of my room with two hours before I had to leave for the airport. I asked for a taxi, and I was given the choice of paying cash or credit card. I left a credit card. I was told five minutes. So I waited at the door for five minutes then 10min then 15minutes. I was then told it would be about 12 more minutes. I waited 12 minutes and then 10 minutes more and they asked where the taxi was. I was then told it would be 25 minutes. The taxi did not arrive at until another 25 minutes have passed. Finally a taxi arrived and we arrived at the airport as my plane was already boarding. No one explained to me that taxis don’t always use credit cards or that it would take longer. I lost my first class seat and was the last one to board the plane only because they re-opened the doors for me at the gate. The communication was very poor and jeopardized my flight. I had asked for the taxi with 2 1/2 hours to get to the airport and board my plane comfortably. I could’ve easily paid cash. If the problem with using a credit card was explained to me. The Valets men nice but the communication was horrible.

indoor swimming pool not up to my expectations. My preferred exercise is swimming and your photos in your information in booking.com show it as quite reasonable size. In reality it is so small that i dd not even try to use it.

Comfortable rooms and perfectly functional for business purposes. Concierge staff and others very helpful. The good lifts helped to allow good access to and from rooms. Breakfast was very good.

The outdoor pool needs maintenance, feels cheap and dirty.

The rooms are good, very comfortable and clean, and the service is great. We booked this hotel predominantly because of the outdoor pool though, it is very large but pretty run down.

The Wi-Fi was a problem- for a business hotel Aa invention enter- I could not get work done easily although staff tried all sorts of work arounds The electric outlets were all the old Argentinian kind which is difficult for travelers who are at a meeting

Hotel needs renovations, pool area is also outdated. Italian restaurant downstairs was amazing and gluten free which allowed my wife and son to eat both nights.

The staff making me wait for my room the poor attitude from the check in Clark. I was told to get a coffee and white. The TV in the room was so old I could not stream anything from my phone. The hotel room had limited channels only one English-speaking channel no diversification. It is important to have adverse selection of languages in your audiovisual for your guest. Also, the room TVs should be upgraded to a smart TV at this point.
