I mentioned too firm foam pillows. And the plumbing noise from other toilets flushing was loud.

The rooms were well appointed. The bed was large with a very comfortable mattress. The pillows though, were uncomfortable for me, being stiff foam. It felt quiet and cozy. It was fun to have a balcony with the cemetery monuments "looking over us," The complimentary breakfast was lovely at the cafe around the corner.. The lobby and sitting areas were inviting and the artwork is great. And the restaurant suggestions from the hotel were great! Good, solid neighborhood places, nothing touristy.

The pool was closed and full of algea.

The location with a birdseye view of the Recolete cemetery from upper floors. The desk staff was helpful arranging a tango show in evening.

The third person sleeps on a sleep sofa which was fine, although it is was as comfortable as the bed.

The location in the center of the Recoleta area was perfect, offering a safe haven amid top sights with many restaurants and even a mall around the corner. The room is really designed for two, and we were three; however, it still worked reasonably well. We loved the large balcony overlooking the Recoleta cemetery. We received coupons for breakfast at a small cafe/coffee shop around the corner. We found this to be a treat with delicious coffee and pastries. The front staff were beyond wonderful. One evening it was raining was hard; they called in a pizza delivery order for us and brought it to our room when it arrived. Any little problem, they were more than kind in offering assistance.

We had a well sized room with nice view onto the cemetry and to downtown. Good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The bathroom is spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment part of a hotel was the weakest. It was equipped at a very minimal level. For example, there were no breakfast bowls – only a plate and a cup. Last time I stayed there years ago, the hotel had a coffee shop and bar downstairs. It was more or less closed this time.. Some staff had very little English which is not so good for people who don’t speak Spanish

Great location right next to Recoleta Cemetery. They even have a rooftop area where you can sit and overlook it as well. The room was massive and liked getting a breakfast voucher every morning for a cafe down the street.

Breakfast is a voucher to go to breakfast at a dining room a few blocks from the hotel. The place is nice and rich but it is a small and austere breakfast.

The swimming pool and the room space are the top aspects of my staying. The location of the building is really great.

Only one thing was not in line with the expectations, both rooms we got had the bathroom and part of the room flooded because of the drain in the bathroom. We already notified the hotel about this. For those who prefer everyday cleaning, the hotel offers it only every other day, though it didn’t bother us at all. Besides that everything was good

The property is located in a very good neighborhood. Close by foot to some of the touristic attractions and close by car to the principal touristic areas. Around the hotel you can find markets, coffee houses, restaurant and a mall. The room was very clean, it has amenities like oven, sink and dishes and though they don’t have breakfast at site, they offer a very good courtesy breakfast in a close coffee house
