The hotel is no longer completely fresh, but the overall cleanliness is good. We had a room with a terrace, which was mostly loaded with pots of half-dead plants, I would recommend removing them and putting at least one sunbed.

Very nice and helpful staff. Even though the ordered room could not be given on the first day, it was compensated with two bottles of water :) Helped to find a great place for a tango show. Breakfast is good, but don't expect sparkling wine :) as is customary in European 4* hotels. Perfect location.

Minibar was empty and I arrived super late was really looking forward to a cold bottle of water. Floor was quite dirty and the bathroom still had hair in the tub. Bathroom sink too small

Room was easy access from lobby elevator. The room was clean and had a great AC. Instant hot water in the shower and sink. Buffet breakfast was really good with lots of varieties of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, breads, pastries and more. Juices, coffee and teas as well in a very nice dining area with friendly staff. The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to water front, shopping areas and tons of historical buildings. Agustina Atamaniuk and Katerin Barbaric were amazing at the front desk. So friendly and kind and helped with navigating the city with ease. Really helpful in booking tours as well.

Not a fan of the neighborhood. It’s dirty and not the best at night. I did walk back from Teatro Colon to the hotel at night but avoided the street in front of the hotel (Tucuman) when walking back.

Room size was sufficient but not spacious for two travelers with suitcases. Only small setback is the toilet insulation where there’s no soundproof and the door is for some reason transparent

Bathroom - the bath tub / shower screen leaked water after every use. Housekeeping - instead of giving fresh towels, the towels we placed in the bath were hang back up. This changed after 2 reminders

Location - walkable to major sights as well as to Cambio for exchange. Our room (901) came with a balcony, great for enjoying sunrise, abd evening drinks at sunset. Breakfast is good. Staff were friendly and efficient Sufficient counter space in the bathroom

WiFi was not reliable and the walls are paper thin from the other rooms. Thankfully it is generally a quiet area at night.

The room needs some fixing, mainly the floor. Quite noisy because of all the air cons close to the room. But overall a good stay.

The staff were very helpful but all the online communication (reservation, changes, etc) was in Spanish and required constant translation back and forth which was very tedious. I'd expect a better level of English from the hotel staff.
