An extra chair was required. We were a group of 4 people but there were only 3 chairs. Also, soap in the toilet wash basin would have been helpful.

This was a no nonsense type of accommodation with easy access to public transport.

Location was quite good and easy to reach, some of the stuff wasn't really interested. Breakfast was quite ok, bad coffee. At the room bed was too hard, pillow too small and thin. Kettle wasn't working.

The lift is old and very small and the shower door leaked. It was expensive for a mid-range Hotel.

The Staff were nice and helpful, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. There is a tram line nearby.

It's a very cozy hotel, which did the best they can with limited space. Very cool elevator! The hotel is quite close to the hundertwasserhaus, which is a cool location. only a street away from the bus and tram!

The Hotel is situated 20min walk from city center, and room price was really good. Breakfast is good. However, room is outdated and not properly cleaned, there were mold on the bathroom ceiling.

There was no wifi in our room, which made a huge difference to our stay, as we are not locals we depend on having wifi for communication. Its really not an option to have rooms without access to internet in 2023 Also our fridge started burning ... there was smoke coming out of it, a techinician came and said everything is ok which was a bit wierd... but for the last day of our stay the fridge did work.

It is a very nice place, with nice rooms, good shower, very nice breakfast, its quiet and clean. Close to transportation and walking distance , to places of interest (though not super central, which is a plus for us)

The room did have kitchen facilities but these were very basic, just a 2-ring hob, kettle and refrigerator. However, there were only 2 small plates and a bowl in a room that slept 4 people!

Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. It was about a mile from city centre but a good location for our needs as close to Prater and the Ernst Happel stadium. Did not have breakfast but the breakfast area was well presented.

Wifi connection was very poor on the second floor. The kitchenette was equipped just basically, there was nothing to clean dishes with. Apartments were furnished (refurbished) long time ago, therefore beds were not so comfortable, but we somehow managed to have a good sleep there.

Receptionist lady was very nice and explained us everything important. Location of the hotel was really good, just by walk to Prater park.

Nothing to be mentioned on negative aspects.

Great value for money, 1 might 50 Eur. You'll find kind people on reception, clean, white sheets and towels, excellent water power on the shower, clean bathroom. The furniture is also ok, not the best but correlated with the price of the room. Location is ok, silent area, good connections with buses and tram. So chose it if the price is convenient for you! It worths the money!

The beds were confortable, but made noises everytime you moved on it. It's also quite far from the center of the city. That doesnt mean you cant walk to it (takes around 30 min), but I prefered taking the bus/tram since my stay was short.

Room exceded my expectations, it was very large, plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood.
