Hotel was pretty close to the railway station and this is the huge advantage. We lived in a group for 6 people and it was nice to have a space for everyone. TV was also available and stuff was friendly. Elevator was also a big plus, when you have a lot of luggage

On the last morning in the hotel, cleaning ladies broke into our room and literally told us we had to leave (keep in mind it was 8.50 am and our check-out was until 10 am). We were shocked by their behavior, but luckily we were able to buy "late check-out" which allows you to stay in your room until 2 pm. If that wasn't enough, when we came back to our room after a little walk, we couldn't enter inside. Luckily, same cleaning ladies were there and they helped us with their universal key, but I still don't understand why did they disable our room if they could've seen the sign on our door knob that showed we had late check-out.

The location was amazing, it was 3 minutes away from the central station. The room was great we had everything we needed. Rooms are being cleaned every single day which is awesome. The staff was okay.

The kitchen was absolutely small. It’s a hostel with more than 200 rooms and it counts with only one microwave, one fridge, one camping stove, and very little cutlery (like two spoons, 3 forks, 1 knife). Still about the kitchen, the bins were not separated to be recycled. The drainage at the toilet was not good enough-the water either on the tap and the shower wouldn’t fall fast enough during its use (quite gross). The Wi-Fi was not stable. The staff at the reception were not very helpful or welcoming - only two out of five were nice and friendly - the others were grump and not really like wanting to work… In terms is sustainability, very poor. No recycling bins for the users, no messages of awareness for environmental matters, no plants or alternative/eco interior design. Nothing on the hostel would suggest that it’s a level 3 certificated accommodation.

It was the day after New Year's Eve and I had a fever. All the pharmacies were closed, and unfortunately the reception didn't have any medications at all. It was a terrible thing to experience.

The room was very dark, which wasn't helped by the dingy colour scheme and low-wattage bulbs. The beds have built in led reading lights which aren't very well-designed or practical. The bunk beds are high, but because one was next to an alcove and the other wasn't pushed right to the wall (and seemed to be screwed down so we couldn't move it) there was a risk of falling so our children couldn't sleep on the top bunks. Courtyard facing rooms open onto an outdoor smoking area, so opening the windows for ventilation isn't always an option. Bathroom was fairly shabby/institutional. This is more of a backbackers' hostel than a hotel, so large groups of loud and/or drunken youths roaming the corridors at all times of the night are an occupational hazard.

The hotel is close to the railway station, which was perfect for us as we only wanted a place to sleep over between trains. Vienna was not our destination, just a stopover. Checkin was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast overpriced (like most Vienna hotels), but there are plenty of shops and bakeries in (under) the Hauptbahnhoff just over the road.

Parking was available but was not offered. They kept insisting that I park in another nearby parking garage. Reception team - we dealt with two - were very cold and simply kept giving single word answers that was not very helpful.

There was a smell of cigarettes in my room that I didn't like at all.

I liked location of this accommodation as it's very close to the central station. For an overnight stay it's a good place to stay in. The room is equipped in a very basic way but it's sufficient.

The trash bin was full with trash from the previous guests. One of the pillows was used and there was hair on the blanket. TV wasn’t working. At one point my room card stopped working, so I had to walk back ti the reception, he said it’s fixed, but when I went back to the room, it was still not working.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available and you have to find one yourself which is cumbersome. There is one at Hauptbhanhof but it's damn costly. Not much ventilated and one can experience suffocation.

Property is very close to Hauptbhanhof with easy access to public transportation. Check-in and checkout was pretty easier. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just okay.

we stayed in the hotel for 5 days, these days they did not clean, although in other rooms every day, toilet paper was not brought, we asked the staff to clean, in response they said ok, but they did not clean,

The room was family, as in the photo, breakfast children 4.45€ adult 8.90€ quite tasty, there is a supermarket nearby, not far from the center, wifi catches everywhere , noise insulation is normal, there is a kitchen, a bar, machines with coffee, snacks and water, the price meets expectations

Got a bed without linen nor pillow. Had to ask staff and they sorted it out for me.

Check in was a bit crazy, they had a lot of people there and/or they were understaff that day. After the checkin i realized i wasn't able to get a bottom bed bunk in the room so i asked if they were able to change the room for me. They were able to fulfill my request. You got some self service machines to get "travel stuff" and one coffee machine where the hot water was free.

1. Sometimes there was no staff in the reception. 2. The dormitories ventilation is bad.. It only had door ventilation grill which is inside the room and leave a bad smell

The location is 5 minutes walking to the main station in Vienna. The staff are very friendly and supportive, the only concern about that is that sometimes I found no staff in the reception and had to wait until someone showed up after 10 or 15 minutes. They have a good locker room and allowed me to leave my stuff there for 24 hours after my reservation which I really appreciate. Regarding the room, it was nice and clean, however, the ventilation of the 2 dormitory rooms I stayed in was not good as there was no exit or ventilation fam to take out the smell of the restrooms outside, but it was going in the room through the door's ventilation grill, therefore the rooms didnt have a good smell!
