The gheto part of the city, looks scary to be alone in the street. Too many Muslims and drunk people, but this is not a problem of the hotel.

Great food and coffee. The sunny terrace exit is super for smokers who like to start the morning with coffee and a cigarette. A great Greek restaurant is near the hotel. 10 min walk from the beautiful town center.

It was complicated to find the Hotel by car, I needed 2 attempts to find it. The Sky lobby was not obvious from the entrance. So I overlooked it the first time, but if you know it, it is OK. The situation behind the train station is behind the trains station, so it is not very inviting, but you are in 10-15 minutes walk in the City center. In the whole building there was a cooking smell, you know from hospitals, luckily it was not in the room. Breakfast was a little poor, but you got everything you required. In The Breakfast room the Service Personal is shouting out questioning your room number, maybe this is not that discreetly as possible.

10-15min walk to the Center Room is OK for the Value, it was clean.

Even though I arrived 2 hours early for my check-in, the receptionist checked if my room was already clean and available, and as it was, she checked me in right away.

No sound-proof door, every sound from the corridor is disturbing. Old and bit smelly furniture in the room.

Main entrance door system a bit confusing. I saw several guests, like me, struggle with activating the card to gain entry. The person supposedly on duty was not contactable by phone for quite some time. Pleasant lady but it was a disconcerting delay. Long wait for coffee at breakfast with guests lined up by a single machine.

We found other people's hair on the floor all over the room. The coffee machine didn't work for breakfast and there was a hockey team in the hotel so there wasn't enoug space or food for other guests. They tried to charge us an additional cost.

The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was good.

WiFi was good, but it was a little patchy at times, think the router needed to be rebooted.

There was no restaurant and everything in the city was closed as it was a holiday. We had to get food from takeaways and it was not good. This hotel is extremely expensive but nothing cheaper was available. Not much to see in this city. We only stayed there because we couldn't get a car to rent (because of the holiday) until the following day.

The hotel is in walking distance from the station even with luggage. Easy access to city centre. Very good breakfast.

Laissez-faire reactions of the hotel, especially when it comes to the breakfast buffet, nobody took responsibility whether we had cutlery for breakfast, which was not available and nobody really seemed to care, terribly understaffed

It can be a bit tricky to find the hotel, especially if you arrive by car. But that's just a minor thing, not much to worry about.

Good location next to the main railway station. The breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast room pleasant. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

The room is quite big, very comfortable bed. 15min from center walking. There is a very good coffeshop just on the other side of the street.
