The car park is truly dreadful. The spa is of high standard but the absence of any views makes it a disappointing space.

Couldn’t be more central, which is good, but because of this was surprised how noisy it was in our bedroom at night.

Parking away from the hotel, 5 min walk. Came in the morning at my car and someone slammed his door into my door. Dented, so that need to be fixed.

Well, everything was OK to perfect. Pool was nice too. Food was good too. Staff and I had a language barrier but we managed to get it right

we ordered a room with an air conditioning, we added money for this specific room, but the air conditioner stopped automatically after 30 minutes, it was too hot at night, and although we asked 4 times, to change it, they did nothing, just promised that soon it will be fixed. another thing is the bathroom, there is no place to put anything inside. nothing to hold on if you need to soap yourself and if you are not young it’s really dangerous.

Smokers’ smoke odors from balconies next to ours coming into our room from 7a.m. until past 10p.n. Loved the hote but will not stay here again because of their allowing smoking on the property (or their not placing smokers together in one section of property). it was literally sickening to be in our room at times and we could not sit on our balcony.

Essentially there is no lobby to sit in. The only place is the bar where you are supposed to order drinks.

The location is very central. The room is quite spacious. The variety of food, both in the breakfast and dinner, is very nice. The service is very good. The facilities at sauna are very diverse. The indoor pool is very big.

The bar area needs re- designing to incorporate a central fire pit. There should be evening Entertainment in my view.

Internet was weak in the rooms and slow everywhere in the hotel. I would suggest to increase the internet WIFI volume and speed and the strength.

There's no coffee maschine or water boiler in the room. There's a big swimming pool in the spa but only with cold water. All the saunas are nude zones, so you cannot use them unless you are completely nude.

Very difficult to find the actual entrance point. There is a bollard that needs to be activated so you can drive through. You have to go to reception first to get details and key to the hotel parking. (When you are tired from your driving you want easy access to a hotel and its parking. This was not the case. There was only one parking space available on arrival! Thank god! Difficult to find my room. The location of my suite was not clear. Good breakfast buffet but all tables pre booked so got a small table in the corner!

The room was very big. There were two rooms as it was a suite I think. It had a bath tub in the room next to the bed. Nice central location. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also sauna and other facilities but didn't have the time to use.

Wifi was not very stable, almost impossible to work there. But hey, enjoy your holiday instead. Please renovate the old bathrooms, they distroy your 10* review.

The rooms are renovated with nice alpine style, there was a balcony and an -older- bathroom. Pool and spa are fantastic, breakfast wirh a hige variety of delicious food, only for vegan/vegetarian it’s a bit harder to find something, but even okay. Staff is very friendly. The location is just at the main place, 5 mins walking distance from the train station.
