The perfect place to travel with children. Staff is very friendly, facilities are great, and there are loads of activities for the kids. At the same time, the place is beautiful, elegant, the spa is great and the food is very good. They offer shuttles to pick up guests from the airport and to take them to the glaciers to ski. I have been in this hotel twice with my husband and two children and plan on going back again next winter.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! There are plenty of activities available for both children and adults, which made our vacation unforgettable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the kind gesture when, due to our own mistake, we booked a one-bedroom room instead of two — and the next day, the hotel upgraded us to a family suite completely free of charge! We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The highlight of our stay was the kids’ club — our children spent almost the entire day there and kept asking to return. Special thanks to the amazing childcare team — they are doing an outstanding job. We would love to come back again!

Great amenities, friendly staff that provide great hospitality.

We enjoyed everything

We traveled with our 2-year-old granddaughter, so I booked this hotel. It completely exceeded all my expectations. There are plenty of attractions for such small children, but older children also have enough activities. The hotel operates a kindergarten with a babysitting service while parents can go skiing. Although we didn't use this service, we could also stay in the kindergarten with the child. Our granddaughter was thrilled. The children could ride tiny horses and feed animals, and the playground was opposite the hotel. Older children used, for example, the climbing wall and a water slide that measures your speed. I also liked the possibility of tapping drinks and coffee from the machine whenever we needed it. The empty ski bus left the hotel at 8:20 and 8:50, which we used with the older grandson. Another well-thought-out thing was the food. The lunch snack was from 12:00 with a children's lunch option, and for dinner, there were children's meals available from the buffet and on order – for example, schnitzel with fries. We often ski in the Stubai Valley, so I know what the other hotels offer. If you are traveling with very young children, choose this hotel :) It has no competition in the valley. Most hotels have a children's playroom somewhere in the basement; this hotel is really focused on children :) We all enjoyed this vacation.

Great place for vacation with kids

Spa, children’s club, swimming pool and mini water park, climbing, dinners and breakfasts. The staff is very responsive.

the food wasn’t great, in fact it was awful. we ended eating out although we had dinner included. For such an expensive stay, the food and drinks could have been 100 times better.

An awesome place for kids and to ski. We had a lovely time. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for kids. The owner is nice and the restaurant staff is trained well. We will come back for sure.

The kindergarden staff are not too friendly and most of them do not speak English.

Everything was perfect! The hotel exceeded all our expectations except one minor thing.

There isn’t a towel dryer in the room. We were lucky with the weather, and our entire holiday was full of sunshine! After a rainy day, it would have been a complete disaster. Even so, every day we wanted to wash and dry our swimsuits and ski underwear. The staff suggested sending our swimwear to the laundry to get it dried, but we felt misunderstood. It seems as though people there don’t dry their swimsuits.

The kids facilities were incredible and the area great.

Nothing not to like

Great layout and the apartment was in a separate building from the main hotel, which was good. Great facilities and plenty for the kids to do as well

Shame there isn’t an outdoor pool as the indoor one was quite small when busy and would of been great to swim outside in the lovely weather

The hotel is super! We have been there 2 times and will come again! The food is very delicious, a lot of things to do for children, the swimming pool is very nice, everything is very clean, people are very friendly and helpful! There are also a lot of things to do out of the hotel. Highly recommended!

We like there everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It is fantastic for families and children. The hotel has a wonderful spa area for adults, but also water slides for kids. The food was good and also adapted for the kids. The staff at the reception was very friendly and willing to help. There is also a baby club and the staff was great!

Amazing combination of luxury spa hotel that is so kid friendly. Great kid camp and activities, pool with water slides, outdoor lounge area, and amazing adult only Spa area.
