Good location. Really kids friendly. Pool was cool for our kids.

A few things I would liked to know before booking - In breakfast you cannot choose table, the hotel picks it for you. And half of the tables do not have natural light. (A dark place) - The views of the rooms are of the forest, which is nice, but not open or panoramic views. - The hotel look and furniture is from the 80/90s - If you dont book the all inclusive package, you cannot choose one evening to have dinner in the hotel and pay for it separately. We had to go to restaurants every night, and there are not walking distance (car needed).

Perfect place

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was good for the activities we had planned. The kids loved the pool. We all loved the all inclusive breakfast and dinner provided, many options to choose from. The staff were all lovely. A lovely family atmosphere.

The rooms were quite hot but no air conditioning.

The hotel was on our way towards the Dolomits. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is quite old, the furniture is like in a museum, appr 30 years old and highly used. No enough electricity sockets in the room, some were dismantled and covered to not have access to it. The swimming pool is a good feature of the hotel however too small versus the number of people so very crowded, additionally the chlorine smells everywhere. There is a gym, but no windows, the temperature is around 30 Celsius and chlorine smells everywhere, disgustingly dirty, only cardio equipment. The breakfast is OK, but food is low quality. Be aware that this is a hotel popular for families with children, so very noisy all the time. Definitely not a four star hotel.

Nothing much. Maybe the location is a bit remote. But thats OK. Timings of the Sauna and the Fitness room could be better.

Good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff.

The pool was extremely crowded and not very clean. The hotel interior urgently needs an overhaul, all the facilities are very dated. We would like for the breakfast to start earlyer so there is enough time to reach the ski lifts.

hotel is near 3zinnen dolomity resort and we used it as our base for skiing. Hotel personnel is very informative and always willing to help you. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel..

Hotel has just one sauna and it can be a bit of an issue if the hotel is full and it's winter time. If you want a quiet place to relax you should look elsewhere as this is a family hotel full of kids.

Excellent location, perfect for family time, fun things for the children. Very warm and cozy.
