Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely loved the amazing infinity pool! Everything was so clean and new. Restaurant is amazing with delicious dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making for a truly luxurious getaway. Highly recommend this hotel for a refreshing and relaxing stay!

FranceThe spa/wellness facilities are really underwhelming. The hammam is too small (maybe 4 people), the bio sauna didn't smell like anything (supposed to have essential oils), no cold bath available and the showers stink (no aeration?). Also people not respecting the textile-free area and wearing swimsuits (the swimsuit area is on a different floor and also has a sauna, plus the inside/outside pool) but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. Aside from that, the stairs and hallways to get to your room, some might like it but it really looks like the inside of a prison! The empty "well" in the middle of the building going through all floors means that if someone is having a phone conversation on the second floor then people on the fifth will also hear it.
Location is perfect, in front of the bus stop and not far from the city centre by foot. Big ski storage room at floor level to save time. Large underground parking. Swimming pool is clean and not too chlorinated. The available gym fitness room is huge and very well equipped. Great showers in the rooms (spacious, tidy, strong water pressure). Breakfast is good although you don't get a designated table. Great eggs, large selection of cheese, juices, fruit.
