This hotel is lovely, with comfortable, clean rooms and welcoming staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely selection of cold and hot food and delicious, freshly baked warm bread. The afternoon tea had an impressive selection of cold meats and cheeses as well as well as soup and a different hot meal each day, and lovely fresh cakes. Beer, wine, soft drinks and hot drinks were included during the afternoon tea at no additional charge from 4-7pm. Great value for money.

Great location in a very nice town. Ski bus stop just across the street one stop from the gondola lift. The rooms are very nice and large. Convenient parking and comfortable ski cellar. We liked the breakfasts and evening snacks.

It was a great stop after a long day of hiking! The buffet-style snacks and breakfast were delicious and a great way to kick off the next leg of my hike.

Check-out was a bit messy, I dont really know why. The lady in the reception seemed very annoyed and made us feel like we were just a problem.

Late checkin was no problem, supernice receptionist welcomed us in the night and showed us to our room! He was an angel!

Everything was perfect.

The beautiful hotel in Alps. Apart from the breakfast they also provide a free buffet from 4PM to 7PM with different snacks and drinks including wine and beer so you can have a dinner in the hotel. The room is cozy, we had balcony with a gorgeous view to the town and mountains.

We enjoyed all of the above the rooms where clean, the food was very fresh and good, the staff was friendly and helpful. next time when we travel to Germany we will stay there again, the buses that take you around throughout the valley are free of charge and we enjoyed seeing it all.

The only tiny thing they could fix is the Wi-Fi. The connection is unreliable and goes on and off all the time. Even with this, this place is pretty much perfect.

This place is amazing. I would not hesitate to book there again. The staff is extremely helpful, the entire hotel is very clean, the location is perfect, and the surroundings could hardly be any more beautiful. I also really enjoyed the free afternoon snack, which is generous and delicious.

Easy check-in and check-out. Big room with a view to the mountains, to the slope. The rental of the ski equipment from downstairs, Rainer ski rental, was a plus. When I returned the ski equipment I even walk on my socks to the ski cellar from the hotel, which is right there. The breakfast was very good, with a fresh and tasteful bread. The latte machiato was great. Also the draft beer was very good. The staff from the restaurant is very friendly and nice. They smile a lot. I used the ski bus to go to the slope every day and the station in right beside the hotel. This is very convenient. Also, the tourist info point is across the street. The snack that they are giving in the afternoon was also good, I would prefer maybe more soupe in the menu, but it was anyway ok. I would say I recommend this hotel and I am glad that we choose it. We had a great ski vacation. Thanks!

The wifi didn't work that well

We had full board and the food was really nice. Add to that the fact that it is all from local prodecers. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was nice and helpfull
