Room was looking at construction yard where workers start working at 6 AM by making a big noises when we need to close a windows. Anything else was ok.

Hotel is ok, on good location, close, few minutes walk to Uban or tram station. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was ok, but could be better.

There was a construction site just outside of my window behind the hotel, I could not say if it was part of the hotel or other building where they started construction early in the morning with loud noise. I haven't got any information about it, not during the booking or from the hotel staff.

I didn't like that we were given nothing as a goodbye gift when we checked out. On the 3rd day we stayed there we had the sign 'do not disturb ' on our door and in the evening we found the bed made... And the most major thing that needs to be addressed is the sauna room situation: you can enter with a card okay , there's a small sitting room on your left and right across it are the showers?? Mind you there's nothing to *obscure the view* if someone is taking a shower. And apart from having one towel hanged the showers are next to a glass see through sauna where someone was buttnaked lying down there and I couldn't figure out that someone was inside up until I noticed them! You need to do something about the privacy there . Better to have one person at the time in there and lock the door when they enter than this . Also we are not sure if we had paid for breakfast but at that price and without breakfast it wasn't worth it at all.

We liked the amenities the room and the beds were really comfortable.And the card system was quick and safe for us to use

Nothing actually....

Loved the staff, location. Rooms are big and mine even had a huge balcony. Marts, restaurants, public transportations, all are in walking distance. Quiet and comfortable sleep. A cafe named Coffee and Friends and a pub named The Oak are a must visit which are again in walking distance. Overall, its amazing.

Our family room wasn’t set up when we arrived at 1am, the woman on the front desk was super helpful in rectifying however it was very annoying.

staff didnt change my dates of booking ,i asked it 45 days earlier as my flight dates were changed. they did it after i paid extra 99€. location isnt comfortable as you need transport to get city center. So its more clever to book hotels in this price near to center.

There was a problem with the heating not working the first night. It was solved the following day.

The room was clean, the location was great with many supermarkets around and the staff was quick to respond.

There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom on the first night.

The location was 10 mins walk from the U3 line into the city centre. There was lots of shops and restaurants in the local area and many bus routes too.

Our room was a bit too hot even though we turned down the heat.

It was a great hotel, comfortable, clean, and a great choice for those traveling with a budget. Only 20 minutes away from the city centre by bus and the tram and subway stops were close by. The bathroom was quite big and convenient.

It wasn't exactly bad but they do room service every 2 days and not every day. But that wasn't a problem

The staff was really friendly and helpful! The rooms are exactly as shown and they are really comfortable!! Also it was very clean and the food had a great variety and it was really good!! Last but not least there were 2 bus stops and one tram stop really close to the hotel( one was outside the hotel) and they were very convenient in order to go to the city center. Bonus was that there was a lidl market right next to the hotel to buy Anything you want.

It was extremely cold and the bathroom has no heating at all. -7 outside and a cold bathroom. Also, I was informed on booking that parking was 17 euros per day when I booked the room and when I got there they told me it was 19 euros. I felt scammed

The breakfast was nothing but tasty. And it’s shameful because they offered a really large variety of fruits, croissants, eggs and salami. Despite the croissants and the fruits, all the other things were tasteless.

The style of the hotel was a bit old - they still used moquettes, something that to me should never be kept in places where lots of people walk with shoes because the dirt is never completely removed - but overall the room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean to perfection - they smelt clean. The hotel also offered a small wellness center which was perfect for the cold winter days of Vienna. And it was close to the city center, just 25-30 mins walk and it was well-connected with trains, trams and buses.

Breakfast cups were not replaced on the first day and on the penultimate some bath towels were not replaced. One of the glasses in the bathroom was cracked. I wish the floor had been vacuumed every day or at least every two days.

- The management is quite poor. When wanted to pay (actual card in hand) the late check out as per the list of prices put on display, we were informed that the list of prices has updated and we had to pay 45€ instead of 35€. We actually asked a few hours earlier and were told 35€ and they showed us that list. - The cleaning team is probably quite small for such a big hotel as they come to take the garbage/make the room even after 2pm

- The location is not central, but it has good transport connections, supermarkets in the area, restaurants (including a good Indian one). - The room has a good size, the beds are comfortable and it is clean. - We checked-in about an hour earlier with no extra fee.
