The negative thing is that there were some problems with the electricity at the electric hob. It would be good to fix this as soon as possible. And the skylight is obviously a bit worn out and leaks water when it rains, it would need to be replaced. The colors of the walls are a matter of taste. They are very colorful.

The location of the apartment in the city is very good. Everything is within a 15-minute walk. Also a very quiet location. It is a clean and spacious apartment. Possibility of parking within the apartment and even in a covered parking lot, which are in limited quantities.

The location of the appartementhouse is perfect, just the opposit the Thermalbad on the other side of the road.. Silent eventhogh the main road is very close. Covered parking place in the garden! The appartment was fully equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable The lady at the reception desk was very-very friendly. We were satisfied with everything.

Very comfortable place for either 1 night stop or for few days exploring Wien and sourroundings. Room is big, very tight, access is easy, parking just outside the door.

The Appartementhaus Witzmann was over our expectations. It is locatad right in front of a dog friendly park. We travel with two dogs and our hosts were so kind that there are no words to say, we've got always smiles and hospitality all over our journey. Absolutely recommended if you'd like to stay at a quite silent locataion on the New Year's Eve.

Truly incredible. Way more affordable than anything offered in Wien, and it's well connected to Wien by train. The room really feels like a cozy little home. Bad Vöslau also amazed us --- a small and quiet town with beautiful architecture. We will certainly come back at some point.

10 minutes walk rom the train station, 2 minutes from a bus stop, a quick stroll to the shops. It's perfectly located for all that B.V, and the wider area has to offer. The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. This was the 2nd time I'd stayed here, I'm sure there will be a third.

Perfect location -10 minutes walk from train station, 1 minute from spa baths, 5 minutes from shops. Friendly staff, clean apartment,great facilities in the apartment, just a great place. Ticked all the boxes for what I needed, would definitely stay again.

We´ve been there for a second time. Again great location, fully equiped appartement (kitchen with cooker, fridge, cofeemachine, etc.). Very nice staff who allow us to stay there with a small dog. Parking right next to the appartement. About 20min. ride to Peilstein (great climbing), spa is just across the street, a lot of possibilities for cycling and trailrunning.

The water was not very hot and remained lukewarm and even cold for a long time after a tap was opened. Eventually it did warm up, especially in the shower which was satisfactory. The Wi-Fi worked weakly and, in the end, not at all. There was an infestation of ants by the kitchen sink.

The apartment was very clean, well laid out, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location was, for the most part, very quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful
