All though the property didn’t have air conditioning, it was surprisingly cool as long as we left windows open. It would have been useful to have an iron, washing machine and a toaster. However those things aren’t listed as part of the facilities so we knew they weren’t provided and the apartment is still very good value for money. We would definitely recommend others to stay there,

The property was in a quiet location with a beautiful view. The walk to the main part of town was so pretty and only took about 5-8 mins. Hallstatt swimming island can be seen from the property. There is a supermarket about 5 mins away. Our apartment was spacious, modern and very clean, with all the basic cooking equipment needed to cook meals when needed. Freebies like tea and coffee (coffee machine) were provided throughout the week, as well as bathroom toiletries. Bins were emptied and towels changed every 2 days. Our host, Monica was friendly and helpful.

Location, cleanliness, apartment had everything. The owner was very helpful. Step out onto your balcony and see beautiful mountains steps away from the beautiful lake. 5 min walk to salt mine. This was by far the most beautiful place ever.

It was an excellent stay. The only minor thing was that netflix worked intermittently (which normally isn't an issue but our 7 year old wanted to watch TV)

Monika was an amazing host. She offered to do laundry and even drove us to our train station when we were running late. Fantastic service and very kind. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Free coffee/tea is a bonus. Location is great too, only a 7 min walk to the main areas.

The location is so picturesque and perfect for a little wander in towards the cafes/shops, but far enough away from the crowds. The apartment was larger than expected, great facilities, comfortable, and clean.

Quite big, clean and well equipted apartment. It have everything needed in kitchen which was very important for us since we cooked our own meals.. Host was very friendly and gave us several tips on where to eat and what to visit.. Also, view from balcony was awesome. Big hills in front coverd with snow (time - mid January) and on the left huge lake!.. Would recomend people to stay here and will stay here again if we ever come back.

The apartment is a great size for 3 people in a lovely area of Hallstatt! It had everything we needed, was super clean, modern and the view from every window and balcony was amazing! We could’ve easily stayed much longer… would definitely recommend :)

This was the most spacious apartment we stayed in on our trip to Europe and it was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the town centre and we just loved staying there. Monica was a brilliant host. We were there when there was extreme flooding in the north of Austria, and we were unable to confirm if the train we had booked to take us from Hallstatt to Vienna was cancelled. She spent a long time on the phone making calls for us as the online timetable was not being updated. We were very appreciative of her help.

The apartment was nice and clean except for a little bit of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The apartment was in a beautiful and peaceful part of Hallstatt yet only minutes from the centre.Views outside the windows is breathtaking.Monica the host was very kind and helpful but the cleaner was quite rude and she would enter the apartment without knocking and just barge in. I was in bed with a migraine when she just barged in without knocking and I was so startled She kicked us out before check out time so she could start cleaning She didn’t knock she just barged in and took our suitcases without even asking our permission Incredibly rude woman

The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. It is about a 15-minute pleasant walk to the centre but very near the funicular station and the main bus stop. Further down the street from the apartment towards the lake is a fantastic viewpoint of the postcard picture of the church without the tourist crowd and we only discovered it on our last evening. The host Monika is very nice and she let us keep our luggage at her gas station which is super near on our checkout day. We highly recommend this apartment!

Very close to the bathing island, quiet area, nice host lady, very comfortable beds and pillows - first time ever the pillow I could sleep on. Very clean and spacey. Close to cable car station. Great kitchen.

Large four room apartment, good furniture, lovely bed, and large kitchen/dining room. It comes with a private parking space in a town with parking challenges.
