Very clean, spacious and quiet. Close to the ski bus (outside) and the little supermarket (next door). Easy access to Arlberg skiing. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The kitchen facilities were well stocked with glasses, plates, knives, pots and pans, coffee (capsule) maker etc . Parking underneath with charging was good. We sat every night at the dining table as a family with grown up kids

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature that offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere. It was incredibly peaceful, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and unwinding. The apartment is super clean and fully equipped with everything one might need. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances, which made cooking a breeze. The proximity to a supermarket was a huge plus, allowing for convenient grocery shopping. A small disclaimer: there is no AC or fan in the apartment. However, this was not an issue for us, as there was a great breeze from outside most of the time, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and well-equipped place to stay amidst beautiful natural surroundings.

Nothing. It’s a beautiful place. Yes we had to pay €120 cleaning fee as we had a dog. We knew this in advance, yes it’s a lot but worth it and everything is such high quality it’s understandable.

Amazing, exceptional property in a beautiful and friendly village. The apartment was pristine with beautiful views over the valley. Dog walking from the door, swimming in hotel pool and natural pool just next-door (foc with guestcard). Great Italian restaurant 2 minutes away. One of our favourite stays ever. The attention to detail is wonderful. We’d asked for a ground or low floor apartment as we had our dog with us, we were given a fabulous apartment just one floor up from the entrance, perfect. Lots of extras for the dog: bowls, blanket, bed, towel, treats. Miss it already!

The location for skiing in St. Anton/Lech (20-25 minute drive) isn't Ideal ,but the Stuben ski lift is a 6-minute ride from the hotel by car or skibus. Not too many options in town for restaurants or bars.

Great premises, has everything you need, even washer/dryer. Free bread roll service every morning, no need to bring anything from home, except food. Great service all requests are immediately replied by Whatsapp. Great Sauna and outdoor pool. Spar and coffee shop next to the apartment.

Great location, the ski bus stop to Stuben is in front of the resort, it is easy to get there by bus in 10 minutes. Our apartment was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. The whole place is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped (an extra microwave oven would be great). We brought our 15 months old daughter, they have put in a baby cot for free, plus feeding chair, baby towel and bath robe, extra trash bin for diapers, etc. for her. We were really pleased with the welcome package (coffee, food) after the long travelling. The wellness with the childpool was amazing.

Closer to ski lifts or short bus... but I already knew that and came to stay again because it is a great facility.

Beautiful rooms, great location, really clean, modern and well equipped. The sauna/pool/fitness area was really nice and spotless. All around a wonderful stay. And assigned garage parking underneath was a great asset!

We missed a restaurant at the resort where we could have a nice dinner out. But the kitchen was perfect for cooking. And there was no airco in the apartment, would have been nice cause it got really hot on some days.

We had an amazing stay with outstanding service, clean spacious apartment, great kitchen, all the amenities you need, also for kids. Everything for a perfect summer holiday. We highly recommend, especially with kids, so many fun things to do for them in the area. Staff was really nice and helpful.
