Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThe reception was only opened for certain hours and the only lady present in the hotel didnt understand english. Although she was friendly, and she was able to connect us with someone who spoke english, however, it was a confusion for us where to keep our luggage since we arrived before the check-in time and reception was also closed. Overall stay was comfortable but the price is too high
Train station is just across the hotel.

PolandIt was okay, there was nothing to our dislike, all facilities were there. The room was a bit too small though. Still, we had a private bathroom and it wasn't hard to manage.
The location was just in front of a tram stop, not far from go to locations, right above a turkish restaurant and surrounded by shops and other restaurants. Good value for money. Good service and nice staff, the lady at the reception was very polite.

ItalyMissing doors, dirty walls, broken toilet seat, plumbing needs cleaning, lights are not working. Furniture is trash. Mattresses are a disaster.
Worked as the last minute choice for the christmas season when the places are skyrocketing. Location is good enough. Can walk to U1 or tram 1. Can take tram 6. Turkish kebab paradise till late night.

United States of AmericaThr room layout was not good. The toilet is far away from the shower, right by the front door. The bathroom is in the hallway to the right when you walk to the bedroom. It's a little inconvenient to use the bathroom at night, as you have to walk down this hallway which is not heated well and can be cold. Because of how far the bedroom is from the front door, they should have 'do not disturb' signs, so the maids don't have to open your door and come in, it is hard to hear their knocks if the bedroom door is closed due to the cold.
Nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Big room clean room. Towels were clean. Liquid soap was provided. There is a medium size Fridge. Lots of closet space.

TurkeyThe entrance to the hotel was a bit weird; just by the restaurant through a really big door. There is no elevator unfortunately but we knew it before booking.
The hotel is located in Vienna District 10. We stayed for 1 night. There is a tram stop and supermarket right in front of the hotel, and restaurants around. We booked this place because it was so close to the main train station, and we had to leave very early in the morning. The staff was so helpful. We booked the hotel because of its location and then we read the comments that it is a Turkish district. From the moment i got off the tram, i didn't need to speak English anymore but Turkish 😅 (not in the supermarket, not at the hotel...)... One tram line is on the street, in front of the hotel, and there is one other close to the hotel. It met our expectations. By the way, there a so many closets in the room. Since it was a 1 day stay, i only used one. So, i didn't see the there is a fridge behind closet doors. I could have put my sandwich if i had seen it before.

FranceMust go up two flights of stairs to reception. Bed was a bit soft for my comfort, and the wood squeaked a lot with any movement. No AC.
Really amazing value for Vienna. Clean and goid size. Really a lot of nice closets and shelves. Good working refrigerator. Easy access with keys. Good value. Tram line 6 right in front of door. Private and quiet.

ThailandThe hotel is far from city center. Anyway, easy to visit tourism attractions with U1 and connect to other U lines.
The hotel is in residence area. Room is bigger than others with private bathroom. It is close to food shop. There is a Billa shop in same street (around 300 meters). The hotel have not lift. If you have 20 kg baggage, please request for the first floor. (Ground floor, first floor, secondfloor) Staff is nice. Not far from Wien Houpbanhhof, bus no.6 (2 stations) and connect to U1.
