This is a very busy hotel. Guest services during my stay were stressed at times. This affected my rating.

Modern hotel. Location outside tourist area keeps guests away from the noise and bustle of tourist area. An easy walk downtown for tourist tasks, but may be too far for evening dining options. Across the street from the “Löwenhaus” Nordkettenbahnen station.

For some reason we had to let the water flow for a few minutes before hot water arrived at the shower. They offered giving us a different room but we decided to stay. It was a minor incommodity. Going to the bathroom could be somewhat uncomfortable as noises are not well isolated.

The location is soooo good. Walking distance from the old city, the cable is right across the street, the view from the window is marvelous. The room and the hotel itself both feel very pleasant and make you want to stay more. .Our room had a small personal coffee machine, a fridge and the bath was specious. The staff is very friendly and the bar is nice.

The price was rather on the high end, especially for breakfast, which was especially unreasonable (although perhaps that's not uncommon in Austria).

The parking for the hotel is located in a deck next to the hotel. The room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The staff was friendly. The hotel location was a short walk to the city center.

The location was great, within easy walking distance of the centre of Innsbruck. The view was lovely from the room, and the breakfast buffet is top notch.

They charged me 15 euros per day for parking, but the parking garage is for free!!! The girl at the reception said that they still have to charge as they pay the owner of the garage. The owner has not fixed the entrance for a long time, so everyone parks for free. So why did I have to pay the hotel for it? If I has said I didn’t have a car, I would not have paid anything. (Not a place to stay if you don’t know really well the person staying in the room with you. The bathroom door is of glass. You can’t see through but it does not give you enough privacy)

A nice location by the river and a lovely neighbourhood around the hotel. There is a lot of greenery nearby and you can observe the best mountain view out of the window. The room was clean and had all you needed to spend a dew days with comfort. Great breakfast.

This hotel provides welcome card for those who stay at least two nights so you can travel in the city but the check-in time is 15.00 and I think that it’s a waste of one-day that we could use the transportation.

The hotel is located in a really good area. It’s not far from the cable car for Nordkette and the bus to Swarovski Kristallwelt and just a short stroll from the city. The room is quite big. They provided the table for work and another set of sofas. Bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not bad. The staff are nice.

There was no partition between the bath area and the wash basin area. the drain of the water after taking bath was a bit slower causing pool of water in the bath area. this also caused a little slip of water near the wash basin area
