I'd love to see the original Wiener Schnitzel on the restaurant menu. It's as essential as not offering fish and chips in London or kebab in Istanbul.

The location is fantastic, only about 300m from the Messe Prater metro station, which seamlessly connects to the entire U-Bahn network. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, ensuring a hassle-free stay all around.

I added the towels on the floor to be changed but they just added the same towels with clean one and they didnt change it.

Bathroom amenities could be better - towels are thin and flimsy and hair conditioner would be appreciated (saying this, the shower gel and shampoo smelt so good and fresh)

Modern, clean and contemporary feel. Very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom. Adequate gym and the lobby smelt amazing! Friendly staff (shout out the young friendly brunette at the front desk who was always so smiley, helpful and positive). The hotel isn’t in central Vienna city but if you enjoy a walk like we do, it’s around 30 minutes a long the gorgeous river canal.

Nice and beautiful place. Cosy, clean and tidy. Very close to the metro. 2 minutes from the Prater. But not loud. Tasty and varied breakfast. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Although it is very close to the underground station and even bike park it is quite far away from the city center :/ But otherwise very nice hotel and practical

Doors didn’t feel too secure as there was no way of locking from the inside. Person with coffee went around in morning and knocked and then opened our door when a knock would have been enough.

The rooms were really cute and the lobby area was nice to sit in the evening. The subway station was also close.

The staff was not really friendly. To be fair, no one was rude when I asked for something, everybody was polite but they were not even smiling or saying Goodmorning if you didn’t say first. The WiFi wasn’t really “strong”.

Nice location , no noise, 2 minutes walking distance from the subway. The beds were comfortable and the room/hotel was clean! I got a late check out for free, and that was very convenient!

The hotel is in a great spot, close to a subway station, and you can walk to downtown in 20-30 minutes. The area around the hotel is clean and nice. The beds are comfy and the rooms is modern. There is also parking at the hotel premise.

The highlight was the staff. They were friendly and polite! The room was really nice and the bed super comfortable! The hotel amazing and even had a water fountain in the reception that you could fill up your bottle before you begin your day! Next to Prater and 4 minutes walk from Messe Prater station. I would definitely stay there again!

A nice hotel located a bit outside the city centre but close to the metro, so easy to travel around Vienna. The hotel is close to Danube and a park, perfect for morning runs. Sound isolation is great, no noise. The room was very clean and spacious. We have enjoyed our weekend there.

The hotel was very modern, spacious and comfortable. There was kettle, cups, coffee, tea and supplies in the room, it also had a minibar, and in general it was all perfect. Thanks to Isabella that was super sweet and always had a smile to help (:

Wifi was occasionally acting up and the water temperature in the shower sometimes kept changing, but overall these weren’t big issues for us and we had a nice stay here.

The hotel’s location is very good (close to U2 station, and even U1 stations are only a short walk). Room was clean and spacious, with extra amenities (e.g. coffee pods, tea, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, streaming option on TV). Good value for money, I would definitely recommend.
