Absolutely amazing stay! Sylvia was so welcoming and made us feel right at home! The rooms were perfect for our family! Our young adults kids loved the ping pong and we enjoyed sitting out on the lounge chairs listening to the birds and church bells. Breakfast was delicious and sitting out on the porch in the morning was glorious!

We enjoyed all of it!!❤️

The owner was very nice and helpful. The accommodation is spacious very clean and has everything you need (even a laundry rack for wet clothes). Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is not a problem. Good location. A good choice!

High quality hotel in a beautiful environment!

The staff were great a mother and her daughter , friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, served in a beautiful and aesthetic way. This is a three-star hotel, but the breakfast is of four stars and more. A very large variety of food. Large room. You can take hot or cold drinks throughout the day and write down what to take, the guests are very trusted and it is very convenient. Outside there is grass, a place to sit and games.

oo bad there is no air conditioning. The front door closes in the evening and they forgot to tell us how to get in (we found it on our own). Close to the church bells.

Great fully renovated very well managed posh hotel. Very nice staff. Good beds. Very unaustrian. Great breakfast. Very cosy decorated central rooms. Opposite the hotel is a very good cheap restaurant wiyh probably the nicest garden and terrace of austria.

Good sized room, very comfy mattress, good breakfast, friendly staff and host. Pleasant lounge with self-service beer, wine and soft drinks that are charged to your room.

The location is great, close to Millstatt. The facilities were amazing: massage chair, pingpong table and seating outside. Moreover, we loved the view from the balcony and the great breakfast!

There were not electric plugs at both side of the room. Moreover, there is no fridge.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Berghof in July. We were welcomed warmly by Sylvia and our experience was filled with Gemütlichkeit. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. Everything was clean and in good condition. The balcony afforded very nice views of the countryside and was lovely to sit and enjoy that even though there was no lake view from the property. The Millstättersee area is so picturesque and the air is so fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the excellent and tasty breakfast available each day and left us wanting nothing more. Everything was very fresh and there was lots of selection available. The whole experience was very good and we would not hesitate to return. The area is very quiet so good to unwind and relax.

We would have appreciated a small fridge to keep some beverages and snacks cool. That would be a welcome addition. There is no air conditioning but there was a mountain breeze and a cooler day one day that did not make that an issue. I suppose that the room could get warm at times and a fan then would be nice but this was not an issue this time for us. If you want more things to do then a stay somewhere on the lake may be better but was not an issue for us.

Reception very friendly and our check in was easy with the aid of her ability to speak English. Property was very, very clean and quiet. Room comfortable and spacious and with balcony. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, and more. Great restaurant across the street.
